Hotel Residence Foch

Location is great. First of all, the hotel mixed up our reservation. I was supposed to have two beds (one for my mom one for me) and they messed up the booking. We were EXHAUSTED and they wanted us to sleep in the same bed. The front desk person was very rude to us. After almost two hours they finally switched us to a different room. However, we had to go through a very uncomfortable and rude situation, no one should have to navigate something like that especially after a very tiring day of travel. This was supposed to be a higher end hotel but this has probably been my worst hotel experience thus far. Additionally, the elevator is weird, you have to either climb up or go down the stairs, it doesn't directly lead you to the floor you are staying. I will say that eventually another staff member supported us and helped us change the room. But the front desk lady was super unhelpful and had my mother not caused a raucous she wouldn't have helped us. They also NEVER apologized for their mistake. Even though the location is great and close to major attractions, I would not recommend this place AT ALL.

This hotel is located in a nice residential setting. It has lots of charming appointments— the stained glass and renovated reception and breakfast areas all come to mind. I found the bed and shower both good and the food excellent. The room I stayed was one of their nicer rooms, but the wall paper was scuffed and the outlets need replacing. I hope that management will freshen up the guest rooms soon.

we liked the location, the courtesy of the staff and also special mention to the breakfast staff: he was very kind, serving fresh ingredients and extra attention to the little ones. Also we noted they were flexible with breakfast time when guets came in way after the usual end time.

The staff are very friendly

The hotel is a bit far from the city center, but not too bad. Possibly due to the New Year period, there was no room service at all and no food service available. There were also no slippers in the room. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but I wouldn’t say it was good either.

People-very helpful, warm, friendly Location-very central especially if you would like to walk. Close to the Arc de Triomphe, Champs-Élysées, Trocadero and Eiffel Tower Salience-the street it was located was very calm Beds-I requested a single bed of double size, they simply joined two single beds. As a result, I was falling in between

Water leak from bathroom. Mold in yogurt. Hair in the food bowls.

The hotel itself is immaculate. My room was beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and elegantly designed. Room service was prompt and excellent. The entire property reflects a high standard of care and sophistication. The location is another highlight — perfectly situated near everything, yet tucked away on a calm and chic Parisian street. It’s the ideal balance of convenience and tranquility. I cannot recommend Hotel Fuch enough. It exceeded every expectation, and I’ll definitely be returning on my next visit to Paris.

I would like to express my sincere thanks to the hotel management for the comfortable stay and the peaceful, beautiful atmosphere. It was a wonderful experience in every detail. My appreciation also goes to all the staff for their kindness and warm hospitality, especially Ms. Samia for her constant smile and great support that made my stay even more pleasant. Thank you all, and I look forward to staying with you again in the future.

I must say about the room with balcony that, the balcony is not a balcony :)

It was a little far from the subway station, but it was in a cute neighborhood

My room was great with all promised amenities and a large balcony. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff overall were honestly very friendly. The location was really great. Nothing not to like here
