The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very kind and they could speak English. We needed some tissue papers but there were'nt.

Our room was small, but clean and the air conditioning was ice cold. The bed was comfortable and shower pressure perfect with plenty of hot water. Our room had a little refrigerator, which was great. The staff were friendly. I would’ve liked a little more storage for our suitcases, but aside from that no issues.

It was a hidden gem that introduced me to a neighborhood I might have never visited.

The staff was very friendly and the hotel was in a nice location, walking distance to restaurants and transportation. Beds were comfortable. Neighborhood is very quiet and local. We were put in a handicap room so the bathroom was meant to accommodate that. Unfortunately that meant after anyone showered the whole bathroom was wet. It made it very uncomfortable and messy. Additionally, it is not very soundproof so one of the nights we heard the upstairs neighbor doing who-knows-what nonstop into the early morning. We also faced the street and heard everyone outside easily. We also were unable to get a taxi from the hotel the morning of our flight. We tried for 30 minutes and even asked the front desk for help but they were also unable to get anyone. This was stressful and we ended up having to walk with all of our luggage to the central part of the neighborhood about a half mile away so keep that in mind when planning. No refrigerator available for leftover food.

Hotel was close to great bakery and small French restaurants away from tourists. Close to the train station 10 min walk and a shopping center. Rooms were small. Bathroom needs updates. Visible mold.

The location is perfect! The staff are very friendly. The room is much smaller than how it appears in photos. The breakfast was basic.
-
dirty shower, floor is the bathroom had unclear sticky stuff on the floor so I could not walk barefoot out of the shower, black spots in the bathroom which may be mold

La ducha estaba muy sucia, tenia hongos

The hotel was a short 2 minute walk to many good restaurants and bars. The building was in very good condition and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

A bit of a walk from the metro

The room was small, yet comfortable. The view was great from the 6th floor. The AC was ice cold in the heatwave which was simply amazing. The safe in my room was not secure, there was a way to easily open it. I reported it to the front desk but it was not fixed. I had to carry my passport with me while sightseeing which isn’t exactly the safest option with all of the pickpockets throughout Paris.

The Air Con was INCREDIBLE while going through a heat wave!! Nice tidy room, nice view, great shower, comfy bed! Pillows could be better, for me, but I’m a muscly guy so, a thin pillow doesn’t suit

The surroundings The lack of a working fridge

Everything was perfect!

The place was in a fantastic location, clean, and staff was lovely. Had a cool vibe, and cute view of beautiful city street from the 5th floor. I don’t mind if a room is small if it is designed well, but this room was incredibly small and had no where to set anything down. Had to put my makeup inside the sink when getting ready, toothbrush fell off the counter it was so narrow. No where to hang a wet towel. Hard to get ready because no where to spread out any of our belongings.

Room was great thank God for the 2 windows.. Small for 3 persons. Location I find to perfect for someone who doesn't want to be on major roads or heart of the city. Loved the location. Though we did not ask for a handicap bathroom, our room was the handicap bathroom, didn't like it at all because the whole bathroom is the walk-in shower. Water was all over the floor when we gook our showers..it felt on safe that we may slip and fall . I understand it's for wheelchair accessible but the whole floor gets wet, toilet wash next to shower all that gets wet...that's the only thing we found somehow inconvenience we found. But we were not wheelchair bound I guess someone who is wheelchair bound would find great.

I've got a room on the ground floor on the street side and in front of a bar. It was much too loud and unfriendly.

We loved the location in the charming Butte-aux-Cailles neighborhood. Conveniences such as restaurants, cafés, bakeries, pharmacies were just steps away. The nearest Metro stop (Place d'Italie) was a short 10 minute walk. The staff at the reception desk could have been friendlier. We stayed in two 3-star hotels on this visit to Paris, and the welcome you receive when you walk in the door makes a difference. The other feature we had trouble with was the shower set up in the bathroom. There shower area had a curtain that could be pulled around it on 3 sides, which also closed in the toilet and we couldn't mange to take showers without getting the entire floor of the bathroom wet.
