This hotel went above, on check in given water bottles to feel with fresh cold water, on the last day the hotel looked after suitcases so we could enjoy the city for the last day Staff were lovely and bed were a dream Everyting was fine

It was a nice location (near a subway stop and good restaurants), very clean, and staff were friendly. The breakfast was decent, but seemed overpriced.

Rachel who is managing the reception at this hotel was my hospitality hero for three nights. No request was too much for her and she always handled them with warmth and a big smile. It just proves that even the fanciest hotel comes down to nothing if you don't have the correct employees. And yes, it should be their job to take care of guests. That is what they get paid for. And yet, with Rachel, I got the impression that it was more of a passion. That it was her passion to keep her guests happy and providing with an unforgettable experience. It is people like Rachel, who make people come back. Period. So I am happy that I have another treasure in the vast hospitality ocean in Paris. Location of the hotel is brilliant. All major locations were literally 10 Uber Minutes away. Our room was massive for Paris, although not necessarily our style. But it was very clean, mega water pressure in the shower, had big TV and comfy bed. Internet was working super fast throughout the entire building. Delicious breakfast at reasonable rates in the morning put us into a good mood. The only annoyance was the elevator which had to be shared with housekeeping staff. But you get used to it as it is quite normal in Paris. That we had to leave.

Location is great, three minutes walk to a very convenient metro station. Area is quite safe and got lots of facilities and shops. Beds were comfortable, room is large enough. Shower head was not quite useful, hard to use but not a big issue.

Room is clean. And location is great for people want to travel around city. Its right next to metro station. the room is too old. they need renovate the building to match 4 star hotel. Since it is next to main street, it is noise during the night, I can hear the people shouting on the street.

The air conditioning was not on, and it is planned to be on only some time in May. The room was hot. Fortunately, we had a room overlooking the back, so we were able to open windows, otherwise it would be very uncomfortable. I felt sorry for people with windows overlooking the high traffic street.

Our stay: March 2025 Well located. There are many restaurants and cafe nearby. Walking distance to the metro. Spacious room, small bathroom, neat and clean.

Great location and transport links. Lovely brasserie next door with friendly staff. Lots of places to eat on the same street. Local street market outside on Sunday. Helpful, welcoming staff. Would recommend. Single bed a little uncomfortable for our liking.
