The hotel should resume laundry service - I needed to do laundry, and didn't have time to do this myself

Close to Train Station To small room and under level of clean
-
I liked the location Not much

The hotel is located in a convenient area, there are alot of things close by including a metro and a mall. The room was great and the beds were comfy, bathroom was also nice and clean. The room itself was smaller from what it seemed like in the photos, but even then it was okay

Nice location to the metro station
-
Clean and comfortable beds. Location was very good, 5 min walk to the metros
-
The location was great. It’s nearby the metro station and is perfectly connected.

Cleanliness room corners
-
Location was easy near metro. Rooms are small but efficient and sheets had several stains that made it feel unclean.

The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was a decent size for Paris. It was surprisingly quite (I expected worse) The hotel is close to the metro station (though very far always from all the sightseeing points) The bed is really small (140 cm I guess). We got 1 blanket (I was with a friend) and couldn’t get more. The cups weren’t washed, tea was never refilled. But the worst was the member of the staff greeting us on the first day and sawing us off on the last day. Treating us like total idiots and taking to us with the artificial voice and smile. Disgusting ?

The location The value for money
-
The elevator was so small that only one or two people fit in. And it also seems very old.
-
The tv has language options so I could watch something in English. A little small but most locations are that size in Paris. I didn't impact my comfort and easy to more around the room.

The location was perfect, the room was clean and nice, staff was helpful. The metro station and bus stations were close. There was also a shopping mall at 3mn walking distance. The rooms are slightly small but this is the parisian way:)

Nice location, good service and good price!
-
Shower very dirty, still hair in it and a lot of pink and brown gunk. The bedsheets also had hair in them.
-
very small room but as expected when it’s really only needed to sleep

Really easy to get to the metro station. Great friendly staff. Clean and comfortable rooms Could have more food options for breakfast also vegetable milk options for coffee

The room was nice and calm and comfortable. The wifi excellent and friendlyness of the 2 receptionist I met is to be mentioned. The lady at breakfast was also very nice. The breakfast was quite limited and juice not good. The scrambled eggs not good but for the price : € 12 I understand. But all in all I will definitely come back. Breakfast : quality and choice

The location was pretty decent to main attractions and easy access to the metro. Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was deeply disappointing due to a serious issue with bed bugs in our room, #204 on the very first night. Both my spouse and I were bitten, with my husband suffering the worst of it. When we reported the issue, there was initial resistance to moving us to another room, citing full capacity from the manager. After continued insistence, we were relocated temporarily to a new room that had an inoperable toilet. We were told to use the bathroom in our original, bed bug-infested room, which was unacceptable. On the 3rd night of our stay, we remained in the "temporary room," and the toilet was fixed. The only compensation we received was access to the continental breakfast for the remainder of our stay, which felt inadequate given the circumstances. No further restitution was offered despite the health and comfort issues we endured. We had to purchase over-the-counter medication ourselves, and we’re still dealing with the effects of the bites even after returning home. This experience was not only uncomfortable and unpleasant. We expected a much higher standard of care and accountability.
