There is a policy that we leave the key at the front desk. It made returning late uncomfortable, as you had to wake up a member of staff to let you in.

The extreme heat in the rooms

I had done quite a lot of research before choosing this hotel, so I knew it’s limits in terms of standard. It was a very simple room, but nice. I was positively surprised by the french balcony! It was very clean indeed, and that was one of the main reasons i chose this hotel. The bathroom was not very modern, but also this very well cleaned and felt fresh. The biggest issue is the lack of AC, but also probably why the price was so affordable. We didn’t have the breakfast but went to a nearby bakery instead. Connections with the metro to the rest of the city were great. I am very happy with our stay and it met our expectations. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who want to have hotel standard on a small budget. The lack of air condition is my only issue, but I knew this when I booked the room.

The hotel is conveniently located on a route with frequent bus service. The rooms are clean and compact, although a bit dark. We stayed there with our baby. There is no elevator. Carrying heavy luggages and a baby stroller up the stairs is very difficult. We informed the hotel about our situation before our arrival, but unfortunately our message was not seen by the staff

Extremely convenient access to all sections of the city via the metro, less than a 2 minute walk from the hotel. The room was clean and the staff was very polite. A fair price for Paris.

The place is near from the main of Paris but with quiet of outskirts. In the same street are good and cheap restaurants. The beds are comfortable and the staff very friendly. Our room are in the same floor of street, with some noise, but it's not unpleasant.

Location was excellent and staff friendly and helpful. Located 30m from Place d'Italie metro station and easy access to central Paris. The room was a little cold (heating not very efficient), the desk was very small. Towels were small and very thin, not very comfotable.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Location is great. Rooms was clean and comfy. Quiet as well. Rooms looks a bit old, but very minor for me.

The location is great and the staff is very friendly Maybe the lack of basic amenities (hair dryer, tissues, kettle…)

The location is very convenient, the room is very clean and the reception is very friendly.

The room was very nice and very clean I spent 6 nights and I didn’t suffer from anything They clean the room every day The most interesting thing is the location as it is near all types of transportation and beside carfour and a lot of restaurants The reception staff are very nice and helpful

That it is near the train station in which you can reach different locations in Paris. Also it located near shops and restaurants. The young staff are very supportive and nice unlike the older ones. It is bit unclear. I booked through booking.com for the first night and I wanted to extend so I went to the receptionist to ask her about the availability, she offered me with a price higher than that on booking then I informed her I would book through the application, she gave me a difference of 1 Euro ? and she kept reminding me about the check out time .

Location is great and has fantastic connectivity to different parts of Paris via multiple metro lines. The neighborhood is nice and has multiple eateries and bakeries (with some very good ones). The staff were also very nice and cooperative.

Personnel handled my request customer oriented and very friendly. Clean.

Inexpensive, clean, effective, on a quiet street Nothing

Good location, very close to the metro/bus stations; staff were nice; convenient neighborhood with restaurants and malls. The showers in my room were not very convenient and I had to hold it with my hands; there is no lift so it would be difficult if you have heavy luggages.

Pigeons. I was on third floor and pigeons were very active on roof and right outside our room. Wake up call from pigeons at 6am all three mornings No elevator. Just request 1st floor. Shower only had hand held sprayer, no big deal though.

Great price, Great location, Great staff, Great restaurants nearby, Great modes of transportation nearby. Highly recommended place for extreme simplicity. The room was absolutely freezing without any heater available. They intentionally give you more covers knowing you will need it. This isn't too bad, as it is manageable.

Staff was great, very helpful and accommodating. Location is more or less ok. Unfortunately, that's the only plus for this hotel. The room was extremely small — barely enough space for the bed and shower. Everything felt outdated and uncomfortable, from the furniture to the overall condition of the facilities. The room had no basic amenities: no kettle, no fridge, no fan, and just one towel per person. It also faced a kindergarten, which made it very loud during the day. Overall, the stay was uncomfortable and disappointing.
