Didn't have breakfast. Check in is a joke, young people doing Checkin !!! Indian woman in front of me,cab dropped her off at wrong Ibis hotel,I overheard the conversation,I then Checked in,told Indian woman give me 5 mins to drop off my luggage,was given door card,went up to given room,and surprised there was a couple in the room!!! (Lucky for me and them,they were not doing anything) went back down to reception," oh sorry,I couldn't see the screen properly!!!!!! Got new door card,dropped off my case, back down to reception,and walked Indian woman to Ibis Ave d'italie.2 young Check in just looked at each other.didn't even bother to say Thank You to me.or say to the women,her first time in Paris," oh we work here,it's only a 5 minute walk, one of us can walk you there. NOTHING

Good location, friendly staff, clean environment (for Paris) They gave us room specifically equipped for people with disabilities, even though we did not had any disabilities. The staff said that’s the only available room, as they are fully booked, but we booked our stay more than a month ago. The room was right at the reception, and you could hear everything happening there in the room. Every time someone was checking in at night we were waking up because of the noise. The other bad thing was that the bed was very small for 2 persons.
