The elevator is mega slow, doesn’t work properly, it’s a bit noisy if you open the window.

Breakfast could be improved a bit. Overall, it was clean and in good conditions. The cleaning lady didn't give privacy, trying to enter my room 3x after I did check-in. On 2nd day I had to complain at the front desk.

Very convenient to metro lines 5, 6, and 7 and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Good breakfast. Excellent air con! You will hear traffic noise, especially sirens on the way to the nearby hospital.

Sound travelled between rooms. It was very noisy from other guests.

The room had a smell, water in the bath was not going down / going very slowly and there is only 1 lift which is also very slow - for 7 floors it's way too little

The room was exactly as described, comfortable and clean; the staff was also very attentive, Zanaib in particular was very helpful and supported for check in and storing our luggage

The built-in hair dryer in our room had a hole in its airflow and was unusable. The staff did not tell this to us when we checked in, and when we reported the issue in the morning they told us they will notify the technician. When we came back in the evening, there was a different staff member who told us the technician does not work on weekends and it cannot be fixed. They also did not propose to provide us with a plug in hair dryer until we asked for it.
