The Location is so good for everything

The location, the air conditioning, its quiet, clean. The staff is very nice and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and reasonably priced. The water fountain in the lobby - excellent idea! The small size of the room and of the bathroom, no fridge in the room, no garbage bin in the room (only in the bathroom), no face towels.

The staff was friendly and the location very convenient. My room was not clean when I checked in and after raising the issue, it was cleaned

This property was in a good location for me in the 13th. The breakfast was excellent totally unexpected because let’s face it, budget hotels usually give you a budget breakfast. This was an excellent breakfast with even fresh fruit, including blueberries! Fresh delicious croissant too. Good air conditioning. The staff is extremely helpful. There is a good baggage storage area near the reception desk in a separate room. You can store your bags in a locker for only a few euros. Perfect system.. No fridge in my room, but I suppose I could’ve gotten a fridge if I paid more for the room

The best thing about Ibis hotels is the breakfast, and the buffet at Ave d'Italie was excellent, as well as the breakfast staff. The room was tiny, not enough space to open a suitcase, so we had to be inventive. The staff displayed the bare necessitities of reception, but once registered, all attention was on the computer or on each other, so there was no friendly smile as one departed, returned or moved about the premises. More makeup than manners seems to be the standard, with no little touches of humanity that make the difference to one's stay. But to top it off, there was no free baggage storage (beyond 2 hours) and, quite frankly, we find this to be more than disappointing, but actually disgusting, to not offer clients this simple service. We'll be reconsidering our loyality to the brand.

The hotel reception was full of African business men by day, all day, every day on their phones talking up facilities. Reception toilets were constantly dirty and pee in the corners.

Room

The location was great, very close to the metro and opposite a shopping mall. The bathroom could be better maintained. The big showerhead was not working. There was also no tea/coffee/water in the room and no mini fridge. Also, during my 4-night stay there was a big congregation of guests that were constantly in the lobby lounge of the hotel making quite a big noise. The hotel should have managed that better.

The hotel was very disappointing. The rooms were small, even by Paris standards. We booked a double room and a single room, and the single room was significantly larger! The shower was tiny — to the point that a heavier person wouldn’t be able to close the door properly. The beds were uncomfortable, and overall the hotel looked old and outdated. The parking area was extremely tight and narrow!!!!

The staff are about 90% of what’s good. The location is a bit “meh” but at least close to a shopping mall + lots of public transport. Breakfast isn’t fancy but it does what it needs to do Rooms are tiny. We had 1 single room + one double. The single was bigger than the double. They need urgent renovation and the design is dark and a bit depressing. Gives you that “budget” feeling.

The location The air conditioning is a lie, it’s central and it doesn’t cool! They gave us a fan, which is not the slightest the same. The room was dirty, they didn’t provide hand towels until we asked twice. The staff was not helpful and some had attitude. The sheets and pillows had blood stains. The room is minuscule! The elevator is a maze of corridors. It was ridiculously pricy for the service and room provided. I completely hated it!!

Close to metro, lots of shops around

The room was very small, with little space for luggage. There was no kettle/tea/coffee in room or water.

Clean room, nice and polite staff, the location was excellent, very clean and safe neighborhood, very close to metro station, We got only 1 towel for 2 persons, so make sure to ask for more, bathroom was fine but lacked hand soap.

Very friendly & kind staff, close to all means if transportation, clean rooms and good value for money in Paris

The room ( 815 ) it was stinky and dirty, specially the bathroom, we had to open the windows to try to make the air less stinky

A good location you can reach by metro nearly everything in quite good time A good breakfast

The breakfast was very good with a nice variety. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, especially Oneil and Nicolas from the breakfast team. They helped us a lot and were always friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, the rooms were not very clean, which was disappointing compared to the rest of the experience.

Had to DEMAND a room change due to bed bugs in the middle of the night. Staff member initially was not very concerned at all with our situation…
