Great price quality ratio, friendly staff, central to a lot of attractions N/a

The staff was friendly. Everything was TINY. The showers had no curtains, and in my first room (I had to switch), the bathtub was nearly impossible to get out of with no rails or anything to hold onto. My first room was so small, my luggage had to stay on the bed with me. In addition, the hotel was so small and obscure that half of the taxi drivers and Uber drivers couldn’t find it. All in all, the hotel felt old and dusty.

Easy access to the metro and taxi. Nice easy walk to Eiffel Tower and Seine River Room was a little small but was still very comfortable.

The property attendant at the front desk (morning and night shifts) were so kind, helpful and professional. The rooms were large, beautifully clean ans kept, modern bathroom with deep soaking tub and modern bidet, and the air conditioning was excellent in the midst of an unusual Paris heatwave in May! Delicious breakfasts, and big cups of cappuccino every morning! The cold lounge ice bath and cooling room was also a treat in the heatwave! There is a small elevator for lifting luggage up to our level. Great Location a few blocks from the Eiffel Tower. Nothing. C’est perfect!

Really loved the staff and the mini spa was unique and fun. Awesome location. The electricity in our room was faulty. One of the sockets sparked and scared my daughter badly. There are burn marks above where the plug came out. Twice, when we came back to the room after room service had been through to vacuum, the power was completely shut off as if the circuit had been overloaded. We had to go to reception and ask that they flip the switch to turn on the electricity again, which we watched them do (electrical board is behind the reception desk). It just seemed unsafe.

I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to enjoy Paris and is looking for friendly and helpful staff, a great location near everything, especially the metro station. I highly recommend it. Nothing

Three times during my stay I found myself locked out of the hotel because the front desk agent had to take a break. He left a sign on the front door saying we’ll be back, call this number. No one answered the number and knocking on the door had no effect either. All this while paying $500 per night!!!! Obscene

Everything was great No complaints

Very clean! The most surprising thing for France, and what pleased me, is that they have toilets with a bidet Geberit.

I booked this trip for my parents 55 wedding anniversary since they lived here for many years. The location was the main reason I booked this Hotel, close to all main attractions in Paris including Eifel Tower, Champs-Élysées, Quick Uber/Metro trip to the fantastic and busy "St. Germain". The price is not too bad for having this type of access. The staff (Specially Rachid and Theo) were amazing to work with, always attending to me and parents needs, respectful and on time with every request! Included breakfast was "ok", don't expect over the top food, just something to get stomach ready for the day ahead! The place has a lot of "Steps/Stairs" which in some cases are not completely accessible by the Elevator, if you have elderly (or travelers having issues with Stairs/Steps) keep that in mind while booking the property, I asked this question during the booking and didn't get a clear answer. Had I known about the steps I would have thought about booking the property twice since my Mother has a lot of knee issues (the staff were able to move my parents to a different units after 3 nights which made the stay a little more enjoyable for my mom!) My bathroom did not have a shower (just a tub, with a connecting hose, meaning if you are a shower guy/gal you will need to hold on to the hose while washing yourself down, not great for real scrubbing!! Also there was no curtain while standing in the tub, meaning your whole bathroom is wet by the time you're done!). On our way out we asked the front desk staff to book a Taxi for us for the airport, the team mentioned Taxi will be on time and the price is around 70 Euro's (Not crazy, but more than what we paid on our way in). Taxi showed up on time (even 15 minutes early based on my request which was great) but when we got dropped off at the airport the price was 115 Euro's (keep in mind there was no traffic) so I was really surprised and dissaponted!

The staff is extremely helpful and supportive. The location is excellent, right beside the metro station, and it is easy to walk to the historical sites Thanks for the reception staff Nothing

The staff was excellent. Spoke perfect English and were helpful and friendly. We were allowed to check in early :) Bonus was a tour of the beautiful house. We highly recommend Spa de Latour Maubourg. Our room was well equipped with full water bottles, a fridge and fancy shampoo. The house was beautifully decorated and the bathroom new. Wife found the whole stay romantic. We missed their wonderful breakfast due to an early train and asked for a "to-go" bag but at 7AM there was no bag waiting for us. No big deal.

Location was ideal Water pressure in the shower was lacking

Very central Rooms are very small. Way too overpriced.

Very small rooms for the price we paid. Sheets were very scratchy and beds not very comfortable.

Spacious room in lovely boutique hotel in a neighborhood with many restaurants and right near a Metro station. Staff was exceptional. Rashid was warm and friendly and extremely helpful. Lovely breakfast with many choices. Would most definitely stay here again! No complaints whatsoever.
