Clean, comfortable bed, breakfast was fine as well. The room we've got was smelly: through the bathroom vent, it brought some smoke. In France there are a lot of smokers, apparently somebody smoked in their room. It bothered me a lot, actually. Though, it's a common problem in lots of hotels in Paris. Everything else was awesome value for money!

Well located near Gare de Lyon, ideal for an overnight stop. It’s not the most modern hotel, but it’s priced accordingly. It’s good value if you need a clean, well located place to sleep.

Location to Gare de Lyon train station was great. Easy to locate. It was clean and staff was welcoming and friendly. I believe I was over charged. Booking.com charged me $72.01 on 7/22. Hotel Terminus charged me the full rate of $183.93 on 7/27. Total of $255.94 Am I mistaken about the rate shared on Booking.com?

For a one night stay whilst travelling it was excellent. Meal in restaurant attached to hotel was lovely and breakfast set us up for the day. Staff were very kind and helpful

polite, professional and pleasant hotel staff, good room with a great view and all necessary and expected facilities. The area was delightful with the train and metro station opposite the hotel if required, otherwise an uber to get into the centre was very easy. We stayed half board and the attached restaurant served an excellent variety of food on the menu. Nothing to report, all requirements were met, albeit the lift was somewhat small and the walls allowed some noise through from adjacent room.

Fabulous location and lovely quiet room. Even a balcony with chair and table overlooking the square. Clean, comfortable, great water pressure in the shower. Loved the 12pm check out!

One of the best hotel in most lively area. Lots of options for various restaurants with different budget level. Reception staffs is very friendly and supportive.

It was very close to gare de Lyon station and the staff were really nice. We didn’t realise the double bed was 2 beds pushed together. The lift was very small. We had issues with paying which we tried to rectify before we went otherwise our booking would’ve been cancelled. We paid before this happened then when we checked in my husband had to pay a retainer for the night which he was told he’d get back. Only it seems that what we paid before we got there was a retainer. It wasn’t very clear.
