The view was the primary reason I chose this hotel and room type, so this significantly impacted my stay and the experience I had planned. I would like Booking.com to review this matter and assist me in obtaining appropriate compensation for not receiving the room I reserved and paid for.

Great location right across from Gare de Lyon. Central with lots of places around the corner as well for food etc. Beautiful rooms and excellent service.
