next to train station Bit far from attractions
-
The front desk missed our initial request of the rooms but their staff were helpful at solving the issue

Perfect location if you want to stay close to the Train station and public transport (Metro and Tram). Very nice and friendly staffs every where (reception, luggage storage, restaurant, etc.). Good breakfast. Clean rooms (special thanks to Nadia). Easy check-in and check out. The one thing that I didn't like maybe just a temporary issue. One of the elevators is not working, causing some long waiting and people are trying to squeeze inside.

Great location. Dog friendly. I had medications that needed to be kept cold and ice packs that needed to be refrozen. The staff was very helpful Fitness facility was very limited with only a few walking/running machines and nothing else that i could see.

A/c did not work well.

Location, staff, facility. It was fine for my short 2 night stay as i only went to the hotel to shower and sleep! The shower grout could use some scrubbing instead of just wiping. The bathroom is quite small. I am 5'1" and slender - and i had a hard time doing a "rubix cube" maneuver to reach the toilet! Shower is very small too - if you are a larger perso, consider getting a bigger room, even if alone, although not sure the bathroom would be bigger - you should probably ask before booking if that concerns you.

Close to the train station, comfortable and lovely staff
-
Convient to be near the metro, trai. And bus lines for local travel and exploring Paris. Clean and comfort room, but hallways and common areas were worn down, carpet buckling

The location can not be beat if you are traveling in/out of Gare de Lyon. I loved having an outdoor terrace where you can have a coffee or wine. I also liked the availability of a quick breakfast option instead of only having a buffet. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Only issue was that it was hard to control the shower spray so that it didn't get the entire sink and vanity area wet. Minor inconvenience...

Needed drawers to put away clothes. Rooms were tiny. Air conditioning was terrible.

It did not live up to expectations. The bedrooms. The restaurant availability.

Convenient central location! Comfortable room and amenities! Nothing

Location was excellent. Easy access to Gare de Lyon which is a major train/metro/bus station, allowing you easy access to anywhere in the city.
-
Great location at the train station and near several good restaurants. We were able to check in early which was a real plus. Easy to get a taxi to CDG the next day.

Location Small bathroom facilities and high prices.
-
Facilities great, staff very helpful and friendly, bed extremely comfortable, breakfast selection huge and very good, varied seating choices really great Room was tiny, no rack or space to set open luggage. Hand held shower in Room 148 was hard to manage, kept swinging out into the bathroom.

Room was quiet and clean and the breakfast was exceptional with lots of cold or hot choices. Everything was fine; there is nothing to dislike about Mercure Paris Gare de Lyon.
