Nothing Rooms to small, need maintenance. I pad control idea is terrible.

Next to Gare de Lyon that is why easy to reach with the public transportation. (Both RER and metro). Chechk-in and check-out done by yourself with a computer screen. Hotel's scent was fabulous. Delicious breakfast and drinking options was so satisfactory. The room has an ipad which was controlling every detail about the room (Smart room ). The bed was positioned next to window so there was only one side to reach the bed. Couple can have problems when in and out off the bed. I was a solo traveller so I did not have a problem.

no coffee in room. restaurant ramen and curry not the best, but I am nit picking

Great location. Bottleneck at checkin.

Location was near Gare De Lyon, easy to take trains and metro. Walked with our luggage to the hotel. 1. The King size bed was flush to the wall. How is the second person sleeping near the wall supposed to get out of the bed? There's no space next to the bed. Paris hotels are known to have small rooms, but this orientation wasn't good. 2. Toilet was just a frost glass with no door latch. Lack of privacy. 3. No water kettle or basic stuff in the room to have a coffee. 4. Too much use of unwanted technology to control room lights, TV etc..

Good location. Great view from room if you pay for the iconic view option. The checkin and checkout process is self serve and creates a bottleneck.

It was a bit out of the way, in a more industrial type area

Convenient to gare de Lyon and the fun and novel idea of the “capsule” hotel The “going too far” with the no interaction with humans who just stand there doing nothing or not much. The “capsule” idea and all electronic controls are fun but slightly annoying. The rooms are very very small and the bed is fine for one person but if two, not practical for the one next to the wall, stuck there for the duration

I arrived after 11:00 pm and found the door locked. It was too dark to see where I could ring the bell for the front desk. Luckily after 10 minutes waiting, a guest arriving from the street let me in. It was a scary neighborhood where I felt unsafe. This is no way to treat a tired traveler arriving from a full day of travel and looking for a good night's rest.

Comfortable mattress. Allowed us to check in early. Lights and temperature only controllable via a small tablet.

location Before we checked out (Rm 916), I found blood stains on the bedsheets. I reported this to the receptionists and provided pictures. I demand a partial refund.

a 1 star pretending to be 4 star hotel disgusting surrounding dirty small

Only location, near the railway station, gare de lyon. Room is very small width around 2.5m!. Normally check in is 14:00, I waited till 15:30 to get my room.

I've stayed here before and I love it. The rooms are clean and I love the decor. Beds are very comfortable and the blackout curtains make for a good nights sleep. The staff is helpful and friendly. Great location near the Gare de Lyon. Breakfast buffet is good with plenty of options. A few things I'd like to see and actually steer me to stay in another place. I want to have coffee in my room when I wake up. I want normal lighting and TV controls. I have to put on my glasses to operate the iPad just to turn the lights on/off. Also, I need to have another breakfast option than the full buffet. Sometimes I'm in a rush and just want a simple yogurt or pastry and a coffee. When I pay for a full buffet, I feel pressured to sit down and take advantage of what I paid for.

The room was very claustrophobic
-
Its location in the city and transportation It ok for a single traveler to, but for a family no way, rooms are too small. It was just my wife and I and it was a little small.
-
Very modern and has everything you need even the room size is small I did not see any drinking water supply or glass water which is usual for any hotel room for the guests
