We liked the IDEA of a yacht spa on the river Nobody at all onboard to help with luggage or check in. Had to carry luggage up 20 steps then down 20 steps to get to room. There was no room for luggage in our room.

The location is fine. The bed was ok. When we arrived there were no staff. The coffee machine had no coffee. No water or anything else to drink. The rooms are tiny Next to a very loud late night party boat No breakfast facilities

Different good experience , comfy beds and a good sleep.Nicely kept vessel with lovely views of the passing marine traffic. Lack of facilities and a little bit out of the way for 2 travellers with 2 large bags..Not easy to find.

The beds were very comfortable and the hotel looks cozy and romantic. The staff was very nice and helpful. The location is not ideal and the hotel says they do a tour on the Seine but they only do that Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Exactly the days we were not there so keep that in mind. Also if you want a jaccuzi/hottub you need to book a special room.

Location. Staff were friendly Water was low pressure. Showroom a little tired.

The staff was nice but no one was at the desk at night when I wanted to leave- my room had been serviced but when I pulled back the covers, the sheets were gross and had clearly been slept in. The room was in bad shape (toilet was dislodged from wall, bathroom floor was sunken in, wall paneling was old and moldy). We booked rooms here because the VIP Yacht hotel does nightly cruises on the river. We did not find out until after check in that they were not cruising the night we were there, though the rooms were still very expensive. The location is not very safe for walking at night (it is by a homeless encampment). The staff would not allow entry for our car to the area so we had to carry our bags a long distance. It was very unclean and grimy, the rooms were small and old.

Unique. The restaurant area was beautiful. the upper deck was lovely. The sauna in our room was a great touch. No iron. I wouldn't expect one in every room but to have none at all to use communal was disappointing. We had to find an electrical store to buy one which we did and it was only 16 euros. When you're paying 917 euros for 2 nights an iron is a basic facility . Even if there was just a couple they lent out and you had to return after an hour that would be useful.

Staff on arrival was helpful but things soon changed by the evening. Staff were bullies. We had a verbal confrontation with the young guy on reception only to return and was locked out of the entire hotel. There was no one on reception (1am at night) I had to ring the police then wait for guest who was returning to gain entrance. Only to find my room wide open with all my belongs exposed and left vulnerable. My room door would not close all night so impossible to lock. Reception was not managed overnight so I had to use my luggage’s and a chair to secure the room door. I slept half awake all night. Disappointed is an understatement.

Location was in a poor area with homeless people under a bridge. One had stolen a ladies purse and had tipped it out and was counting what was in it. Very cold room, had to sleep in my coat and kettle didn't work. Overpriced for what and where it is.

We had a view onto the Seine close to the Gare de Lyon It’s run down. I was looking forward to a romantic dinner onboard, only to find out that they do not depart Monday-Wednesday. The staff was ok, but not overly friendly and it was difficult getting the luggage in board
