location is ok nearby subway Room was not ready when entered in after checked-in.Too small, neglected, noisy floor. AC machine is old and not cleaned to provide fresh air. The furniture is old and neglected, bath was not good enough to use, impossible to take a shower when the shower cubicle is too narrow, the towels are old and worn, toilet paper is not in good quality, breakfast service was very inadequate, lacking ingredients, and the poor service, disappointed.

Very cute and very centered in the middle of restaurants, Walking distance to train station. 40 mins walk to Eiffle Tower but everything surrounding it was worth the stay since it’s so central

A/C worked very well in extreme heat; room was small and quaint; location was excellent--located to anywhere we wanted to go on foot and proprietor was friendly, good-natured and helpful. Nothing -- the croissants for breakfast were delicious.

The location is excellent and the staff is super friendly. The rooms are old and small but the furniture and bathroom have been updated and are modern. Overall great value for the location and accomodations. The room was super small - it was hard to move around with two people and two suitcases.

The staff was very polite and respectful. They were very helpful in guiding us through the neighborhood. Many restaurants to choose right next door. Refrigerator took a while to cool and no ice available. Noisy terrace in the morning.

We loved being in this area. So near an amazing market and good restaurants. Not a long walk to the metro. Staff was kind and helpful. We had A.C. Not a modern bathroom so that could use some attention but lit met our needs and this was an older building so to be expected. We would certainly stay here again! My wife and I and daughter enjoyed.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD WAS CHARMING, WITH MANY TYPICAL PLACES TO EAT, THE METRO STATION WAS REALLY CLOSE. THE ROOM WAS VERY SMALL, EVERYTHING WAS VERY CRAMPED AND THE BATHROOM WAS REALLY TINY.

My room was cozy and I loved it. The staff was great and so accommidating for my luggage both before and after my stay and that made all the difference. The breakfast was simple and delicious. The shower door didn't seal together so there was water on the floor of the bathroom after, but honestly no big deal.

It was pretty good. Garden style set up with parallel rooms on each side. Have to get to breakfast earlier to get most of the food. Room curtains were a little dusty.
-
customer service were nonexistent, couldn’t even cancel my room when I booked the wrong dates by accident
-
Mastic in shower, toilet seat was loose, heavy curtains stained, and room needs refurbishing.
-
Giving back the room key every time we leave the hotel was a bit insecure and I didn't like it
-
Great location, property was clean and the staff were wonderful.
-
Wonderful location; very great staff; quiet room despite busy neighborhood. Cleaners a little inconsistent. Ran out of some breakfast foods if you went late.

The duplex was nice but the smaller rooms were ok. The location was amazing it was close to everything! Several metro stations, convince stores, and an awesome pizza place near by. The cleaning staff were amazing so accommodating, some of the receptionist were ok. They have baggage storage if needed. Unfortunately when we where there our room had a problem with bed bugs my brother and I had to suffer with bites and itching for the rest of our trip. We had mentioned the situation to cleaning staff since the receptionist wasn't there at time if the discovery, but the cleaning staff took care of everything making sure we had a new room and that it was pest free. The new room was great no bed bugs. When the receptionist finally did show we told them the situation they said they couldn't do much but Just give us a new room, sadly we weren't really all to happy with the response since we had to go wash all of our clothes to be sure no bed bugs had gotten into them and we had to go to the hospital since my brother has terrible reaction bug bites (bits swell really big and tons of blisters). It was a uncessary extra expense for us that we didn't expect.

The location was excellent for access to the major train station, to the Metro, and for many restaurants. The bathroom was in need of major cleaning and renovation; the linens were worn and threaded. Security at the desk and in the corridors was spotty, too little lighting.

The location The room was too small. They had to change me to another room because the original one was extremely cramped. Even though I have a small frame, the shower was claustrophobic, and the bathroom was incredibly small for me. It wasn’t well-maintained either.
