It was well situated close to restaurants and subway.

The staff is very friendly and helpful.

I had the best time. The owner is so lovely and helpful. The room is comfortable and clean. The hotel is located near the metro so moving around the city is fairly easy.

The staff are super friendly and helpful. This was my first stay in the Place d'Italie area. It's a gem. A lively, authentic neighborhood with plenty of good restaurants. The metro is just a short walk away, with 3 lines to choose from.

Friendly staff and great hospitality. There is also easy access to the main railway stations of Paris, so I often stop here to break a rail journey from London to Milan. I never regret it.

Elodie and the rest of the staff are excellent. You really feel like you are part of something special. The location is wonderful, right near Place d'Italie so it's very easy to get around the city on the metro. The water pressure in the bathroom is great and honestly, it's a lovely old-fashioned place, and I mean that with great compliment. I felt welcomed and taken care of and safe from the moment I arrived.

Clean rooms, clean toilets, very friendly staff, change towels and other cleaning stuff every day. Bed made daily. Rooms were loser together. Very 'French' location not too touristy. Easy walk to train station and from there into Paris Centre. Small shopping centre nearby. Many local restaurants, pubs and bars. Room size and bed size are small. Very small central area. Good for just coming to sleep and going out for the rest of the day. No complimentary breakfast. No airconditioning therefor, noise comes in from the street. Very little noise insulation (you can hear other guests and their footsteps)

The property had an authentic feel to it. Small but clean and charming. Fantastic hosts! Very welcoming and warm.

Very picturesque hotel with very kind and helpful stuff, I will definitely stay there again. I would prefer to have a switch to adjust the heating a little down, otherwise it was like summer in the room
