Hôtel Westside Arc de Triomphe

Wonderful front desk staff, good bed & breakfast, very clean, cozy room and grey value, infinite filtered water, a nice sitting area, and outstanding location. There is an excellent hair and nail salon on the same block, and within two blocks, great restaurants and a Thai massage studio. The space allocated for the toilet was small & a bit awkward- it would be very challenging for a large person to manage it- but I was solo, & I assume most rooms have bigger bathrooms.

The staff were very kind and professional. The location is good, lots of restaurants around and fairly good walking distance to metro and RER The water flow in the shower was weak and it couldn’t be fixed. Got the room with the balcony which was really nice, unfortunately that led to ants coming into the room. The room design is outdated. Got a room on the top floor which is unfortunately without elevator access, had to climb the staircase in order to access the room, which was never mentioned anywhere when I ordered. The spa was not working, which again was not mentioned when I ordered.

Ideally located, great staff. It could use renovation. The painting was falling off the ceiling in the breakfast room.

The staff are very attentive! I’ve been to Paris 4 times now and this hotel is by far best for budget! Thank you for the front staff both night and day shift! I would recommend anyone to stay here and we definitely would go back again.

Beautiful, clean, classic Paris hotel. The front desk attendants were some of the most helpful and kind I have ever encountered while traveling. Extremely clean!

Location, access to public transport, price for the room. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is travelling to paris.

I had read other reviews saying the rooms were small. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the rooms and even bathroom were actually a good size. There also were robes in the clothes closet. The elevator is very small. I mean very small. No more than 2 people and some luggage is all that fits. The circulous staircase is nice to take if you’re in a hurry. The breakfast was okay.

A very pleasant stay overall. The hotel is clean and well-maintained, with comfortable rooms and a quiet atmosphere. Staff were friendly, always ready to help. The location is excellent, with easy access to public transport and nearby attractions, making it a great choice for both business and leisure stays. -

I couldn't find anything for my one night stayed.

Price was OK, although added taxes were very high. The internet is HORRIBLE! Also if you brought you own device the inputs on the TV did not change so you could not use the external HDMI.

The friendly staff were very helpful. Overall hardware is old. The window lock is broken, the walls are thin the lift is small and slow. The swimming pool was under maintenance which was disappointing.
