Close to the metro Very friendly staff Good breakfast Comfy bed Room a little tired - chair had stains Shower and face wash both about a quarter full When the reception not staffed I felt it was easy to enter the Hotel and lifts and walk onto the floors.

The hotel was nice, but a few days before we was notified that the lift wasn’t working so I had to use the stairs which was annoying The fire alarm went off at 7 o’clock in the morning after a late night this was not enjoyable

Really helpful great staff. Friendly people on reception Really needs updating. Light switch and bathroom fixture had been removed and not filled in or painted over. Desk was split and worn. Shower needed new grout and toilet bowl needed replacing. Would have been good to have a kettle in the room. Location felt a little dangerous, particularly at night

No comment The hotel only informed us that there was no elevator after we had already made the reservation. They assured us that staff would be available to help carry our luggage when we checked in. However, when we arrived at around 7:00 PM, we were told that the staff had already left. We had no choice but to carry all of our luggage up to the 6th floor by ourselves. To make matters worse, we were staying for five nights, which meant carrying our luggage up and down six flights of stairs was extremely exhausting. If luggage assistance is only available during certain hours, this should be clearly communicated before guests make a reservation. We booked this hotel based on the promise that staff would help with our luggage, but that promise was not fulfilled. This was a very disappointing experience and something future guests should be aware of.

Was easy to find. The metro is close to hotel. Friendly staff. Shops close by. Rooms are too small. Toilet and bath too small. Breakfast did not have wide variety.
