Room was small; this was fine for my purpose but people on holidays may not be as receptive to this. Toilet was positioned awkwardly, right up to the sink.

The location to the Metro station was good, and there were plenty of cafes and bars within walking distance.

The room was small but clean. We didn't have breakfast, since we thought it more affordable and special to eat at one of the amazing bakeries around the corner. We liked the water machine. When we got there and rang the bell it took several minutes for someone to come. Also, we found it odd and inconvenient that there were no hand towels or face cloths, even after we asked. Eventually we received another bath towel but didn't need that.

Room was not clean and there was a bad smell- mold or water leak. We had to change rooms and the staff obliged only when we told them we were leaving. They first told us no other room was available and when we decided to leave magically another room became available.

Breakfast was very good. Staff is wonderful, very friendly and helpful. Rooms are quite small, but they are clean. The location is good for buses and the metro station.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast although there was no any vegetable and didn’t know how to use the pot to make poached egg. So we didn’t eat it. Fresh pastries and meat. The room was so small and not clean enough. It was dusty. No hand towel only bath towels. No kettle in the room. No paper sleepers. The door was stiff and hard to open. No English Channel on TV.

The people were nice great and friendly staff. Breakfast was simple nothing fancy but it did the job. The location is great! The mattress was very hard, and uncomfortable, we did not sleep much or well.

The hotel room is very small and basic amenities are not available in room service like glass of water. You have to go to the kitchen area to get the water every time or bring your own water bottle otherwise the room is clean and the staff are very friendly.Breakfast is also nice but same menu for everyday. We don't like the room size. As per cost the room is not up to the mark.
