Near metro station and bus stop, around good food and other services or shops you may need. Friendly and helpful staff. Good AC. Nice view through window. The table in the room was not clean and soap containers were empty. Sink did not have plug I could see pipeline.

I really appreciated the kindness of the staff, the position of the hotel (50 meters from the Metro), the breakfast .. Highly recommended!

The property was in the 19th arrondissament near Park Butt Chaumant and also close to La Villette . It was small maybe 30 rooms in total. The staff at reception were very accommodating and friendly. It was a stone’s throw from the Laumiere metro station. The breakfast was a wide ranging buffet. Very tasty! The small clean rooms were air conditioned which made my hot August stay a lot more pleasant One small lack was drinking water. There was no water provided in the rooms nor was there a water font in the reception area

The wall let the sound in from other rooms which lead to sleeping being hard. I would suggest having earplugs

Such a good location. The wonderful park with the temple of Sybil just 5 min walk. Local vibe with restaurants and supermarkets plus the metro virtually on the front door step. Rather quirky ibis styles. Very barren room essentially just the bed. One plug. And a tinsy top on a stand which can fit a couple of items. Shower excellent but basin takes up half the small shower entry so you need to be in good shape. lol However this was an excellent room. Bed super comfortable. Outlook good. Super clean. Very quiet. Able to open window for ventilation. But aircon if you needed it. Staff welcoming Breakfast included. Good to see large bowl of fresh fruit salad Stayed two nights. Would stay again and would definitely recommend. Very good value for Paris

Nice staff, clean room and bathroom and was cleaned every day. Breakfast was very good. HUGE BONUS being so close to the metro. Literally just out the door and across the street. Also a nice cafe just out the door as well - food there was good, Shops on the street at the corner were also convenient. Room could have had a touch more room to put 2 suitcases without them being on the floor. Everything else was great.

Location is great. Rooms are clean, air conditioning works, bed is comfy and staff is friendly. No laundry services, but there're a few washers right next to the hotel

Location. It is near the major train stations. Easy access to grocery and restaurants. I can't think of.

Everything was excellent. Staff were helpful. The location is super; near the metro and bus. The room was clean. They are generous, providing coffee, water and croissants in the lobby. They even tried to help me to call for checking over my delayed luggage. One of the best places in Paris. Small room, but it is value for money.
