The location There were few options for the breakfast. No vegetables at all. The coffee cups were dirty. The room and especially the bathroom were dirty!!! There were stains on the toilet (see photo). ?

Great location, really good breakfast, super friendly staff, very comfortable beds and fun decor. Very tiny bathrooms and some of the paint work/wall finishings are rough or messy. Wish there were no carpets.

Before our arrival, the hotel emailed us asking what time we would be arriving so they can prepare the room. We replied so that the room would be ready when we got there. However, when we arrived, the room was not ready, so we had to leave our luggage, go out for lunch, and come back later. We visited during a heat wave and chose this hotel specifically because it advertised air conditioning. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not working, and the room was extremely hot. When I informed the receptionist, she said that the air conditioning was not working anywhere in the hotel. I asked if they were working on fixing the problem or when it would be operational again, but she said she didn't know and seemed quite unconcerned. A few hours later, she told us it was working, but it actually was not. Fortunately, during aour seconde day another receptionist, suggested moving us to a different room where the air conditioning was functioning. The breakfast was also very basic and offered very limited choices.

The location was great for metro train access and quiet neighborhood. We had to insist on changing rooms 15 minutes after we arrived because the Air Con was so poor we couldn't stop sweating, and they agreed it must be broken. Instead of offering another room they asked if we wanted to wait until the next day to see if it got better! I insisted on a new room and they got us one. Air Con was slightly better but we needed to use a floor fan on high to be comfortable 24/7. The shower had lots of black mold growing in it, there were long black hairs in the clean towels - and the room was so worn the paint was coming off in many places. We stayed at other IBIS Styles hotels before that were fine. This one is dirty, super worn and needs attention. We decided to leave and spend the last 3 days of our trip in a better hotel in another part of the city. Very disappointing.

Nice and clean rooms. Air conditioner in the room worked great, given the 32 degrees Celsius weather. Andrei at the reception was very helpful and polite. Other than Andrei, I found the staff, especially the lady working the breakfast station, very rude and impolite with non-French customers. I gave up having breakfast for this reason, which was fine because breakfast was not great anyway. I will not stay here again. Plus the elevator is old, slow, and excruciatingly hot.

The area around the hotel. the 4 bed room in the 6th floor was specially small in comparison to the other floors. It is not fair to pay the same price for that one.

The staff were friendly and really did try to make us comfortable. We liked the location away from the hustle of Paris in a more residential neighorhood, we never felt unsafe there or saw any crime. We found a lovely cafe (Chouchou) close by that we visited multiple times, it had options for picky kids and adults with wider palates. We were there in a heat wave, the AC couldn't keep up. The temp in the room was 84F (29C, see pic no exaggeration) in the afternoon. And once you added 4 people to the room once the sun went down the temps didn't improve. All the family size rooms were on one side of the building and got full afternoon sun with only drapes no shutters. The staff did provide fans but our sleep was horrible until the heat wave broke. We did open the windows once the sun went down but then my allergies acted up in the morning pollen. Yes we are are Americans and we know we can't expect US levels of AC, but 29C isn't acceptable.

The free croissants in the lobby, the games downstairs to play, a big room for Paris, the tv and desk in the room is nice. The location is great with lots to do around. There is no fridge in the room, makes it hard to have takeout, the bathroom is small, but you’ll be able to get in and out fine.

The location was great, close to subway, restaurants, supermarket. The hotel looked funkyfresh, it had an elevator, good breakfast from an early hour.
