Stylish and extremely comfy beds It was in a really rough area, didn’t feel we could leave the hotel at night with the kids on foot and used taxis. Also the large jaccuzi ‘pool’ was not included in the price of the stay and they wanted 30 Euros per person, per time session! The gym was out also out of use for our stay. The manager was excellent, but the other staff seemed disinterested and lazy.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was big and with AC. Big tv connected and good wifi. The parking is small but it was ok for my car (Dacia Bigster) and it was nice to be able to let the car inside considering the neighborhood. The design of the hotel is nice. It was quite at night. Bathtub was big and comfortable. The neighborhood is dirty and people wander the streets around the hotel. We didn't feel unsafe but it is not a nice neighborhood to walk. I didnt like the open bathroom because I was traveling with my son and because I dont like that kind of design.

Just a 10 min walk from Gare du Nord. Easy to find. (in my opinion, great location if you plan to travel by public transport during your stay) Just straight ahead on one road through the vibrant Indian neighbourhood(I did not feel un-save like others are complaining about, I guess they are not used to other cultures) The People where very nice and accommodating. We arrived early morning at 9am(check-in is at 15:00) They offered us an early free check-in and the room would be ready in 10 min. We did not use it because we had early morning plans so did the check-in and left our luggage for save keeping. We would be back very late that evening and they where so kind to offer us free late check-out, which we happily accepted! We had a great night of rest! (room 409) Very spacious with AC and all necessities(+ for a breakfast table, couch and the spacious balcony for morning coffee) Very clean as well! And no disturbances at all (traffic or other guests) Can’t think of anything!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. I would especially like to thank the following staff members : Miller and Hamza for their kindness, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help. Beautiful spacious room, good service, parking in an underground garage included.
