Clean, quiet, perfect location if you want to shop on Champs Élysée. Extremely Rude and Unprofessional Customer Relations Manager Very disappointing experience at La Clef Paris, particularly with one Mr. Hadi, the Customer Relations Manager. We booked an Executive Studio for three nights and extended for an additional night. At exactly 11 a.m., we were called and told we had to check out immediately and can only check back in at 3 p.m. because our room had been allocated to someone else. I explained that our extension was for exactly the same room category and questioned why we needed to pack everything, leave for four hours, and check back into an identical room. I asked to speak with Guest Relations or a manager. Hadi called back and was extremely rude and aggressive, telling me, and I quote, “You have to leave right now.” I ended the call intending to go downstairs to resolve the matter. Within three minutes, Hadi was pounding loudly on my hotel room door, raising his voice and demanding to know why I had hung up on him. The issue was not simply having to change rooms; it was the intimidating, disrespectful and completely unprofessional manner in which we were treated by someone responsible for customer relations. Absolutely unacceptable hospitality. Based on this experience, I would not recommend La Clef Paris.

from first sight you will feel comfirtable and wecloming, the hotel exceeded my expectation, their staff are top notch checking in was so fast the room's size was spacious and the bonus its location, behind the George V street and you will sleep like a baby without any disturbance. that we have to check out

Great overall impression For big rooms please add more water for 2 people instead of one bottle. Considering that the kettle and coffee machine is empty also.
