The stafff was superior

The room was quite small. The shower is not designed properly and water gets out everywhere in the bathroom and into the room from any shower over 5 mins.

The staff are the shining highlight here; they're so friendly and helpful and really try to make sure you have a nice visit. I also appreciated that my room was large enough for me to set my suitcase out with booming l bumping into it and that I could work from the desk. Everything was clean and the location is great. My side of the bed didn't have a little table, so I didn't have anywhere to put my phone. Breakfast was fine, not mind-blowing. But all in all a really nice place I would stay again.

Charming hotel with good style and friendly staff, very centrally located. Great price so my son and I were able to get our own rooms vs. share one. Perfect for us and would definitely stay again if I was traveling with friends (and each wanted their own room). Super small room, but knew that's what it would be. Central to walk to everything! A/C wasn't turned on in the hotel yet so had to leave the window open and get a fan. This was the 3rd week in April so it was probably unusually warm for the time of year.

A very comfortable bed in a well-designed, modern room that was fairly spacious by Parisian standards. Lighting is set up well, space is maximized. You are on the doorstep of the Palais Royal, the Louvre, the Comédie Française; you are in the heart of the Sainte-Anne quarter where there are many tasty Japanese and other Asian food options. Very nice staff. A little coffee shop on the ground floor that is pleasant for breakfast and a coffee. My room was on the first floor, right above a popular Chinese restaurant. I could hear noise from the street and the room also smelled like cooking oil, although it could have been much worse and I am sure the staff did their best. Paris is expensive and this is to be expected given the price point. Request a room on a high floor or one facing the courtyard! The desk chair was missing a large swatch of upholstery.

I loved the location but for the fact it was right next door to a busy chinese restaurant. Young people in the street until after midnight. Noisy.. I did not sleep for 4 days!! My room faced the front of the property. They said it would be quiet being on the 4th floor. Wrong. Noise ALL NIGHT… after the people from the restaurant left the street noise started.. garbage trucks, motorcycles etc I thought it was as only one night but no. I stayed there 4 nights and did not sleep any of the nights due to noise. Maybe the rooms on the back side of the hotel would be quieter? Also when I wake up I like to get a coffee straight away. The coffee person did not show up until 8am even though they were die to show up at 730 which is also late if you have a big day planned. You can’t make your own coffee but are at the mercy of this person who may or may not show up. That was very disappointing.

The location

Staff accommodated me by permitting me to store my large bag before check in and arranged laundry service which helped me so much. Breakfast was wonderful, location perfect for me to walk to work and facilities/staff were excellent.

Everything was good , they provided drinkable water everyday , all required things are in the room (except of slippers) and location is really great.

I really liked the way the hotel and my room were decorated - extremely cozy and comfortable. Everything is quite small, however that only adds to the charm. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

On August 12, 2025, due to problems with the train, we arrived at the La Dépendance hotel very late, around 1am instead of 9 pm. To our great joy, the concierge was waiting for us. He greeted us and did everything to make us feel comfortable. I was so tired that I didn't even thank him or learn his name, but I am still very grateful. We were ok with everything

We stayed here for the third time. And it’s always a good choice for location and nice room with comfy bed.
