I truly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The overall experience was charming, from the warm hospitality of the staff to the exceptional cleanliness of the room. The layout was thoughtfully designed, and the modern aesthetic of the hotel stands out positively when compared to many others. The boutique concept, especially the double-height duplex layout, creates a unique and inviting atmosphere that I genuinely appreciated. However, there were a few aspects of my stay that were disappointing. I didn’t like that the wc is segregated from the main toilet and Unfortunately, there was no hot water in my room, despite requesting it twice during my stay. This issue was never resolved. What made the situation more uncomfortable was an interaction with a staff member during the night, who attempted to demonstrate that the water was “hot enough” by placing his hand under it. I found this approach unprofessional, as it felt dismissive and unnecessary to explain what constitutes hot or cold water to a guest. I maintained my composure throughout the exchange, but the attitude was not what one expects from a hotel of this standard. The following morning, I raised the issue again and expressed my willingness to change rooms if necessary, as I had specifically chosen this room for its bathtub placement next to the bed to fully enjoy the boutique experience. Unfortunately, this request was not accommodated, and the hot water issue remained unresolved until the end of my stay, which left me extremely unsatisfied. Additionally, the absence of ironing facilities was inconvenient. Being advised via a leaflet to purchase an ironing machine felt unfair for a hotel experience that otherwise presents itself as thoughtful and well-considered. While this does not mean I would rule out returning in the future, these experiences are certainly factors I would need to carefully consider. I hope this feedback is received in the constructive spirit intended, as the hotel has great potential, and addressing these matters would significantly elevate the guest experience

Amazing The staff

Clean, comfortable, convenient Restaurant wasn’t serving normal menu due to a chef not showing up. Kind of unacceptable at a 5 star restaurant. Staff were a bit nonchalant.

Room is clean and very nice, enough space!

The staff were amazing. Especially Gurpreet who provided great support in the lead up to my trip. Also a special thanks to Nataly, at guest relations, who gave me brilliant recommendations of popular and hidden gems, went out of her way to make reservations and planned places for me where I could enjoy as a solo traveller! The location gets boring at night. So best to plan for things in other locations. It is super safe to walk back though.

Great location Tiny room and no refrigerator

Very poor WiFi connection

Wonderful breakfast buffet, with a very professional and friendly staff. The location is marvelous; it could not be better (the 7th is, let's face it, the heart of "une certaine idée" of Paris), just around the corner and a few footsteps from the rue Cler. Room was way too small (but this is Paris, after all, so what else is new?). Also, both the room service menu and the regular restaurant menu is ridiculously limited and unsatisfying, especially at these prices.

Location Fitness Room was too small and not enough equipment. Breakfast was ok at best. Coffee was always lukewarm. Room was too small with no room for suitcases.

Excellent location. Very comfortable. Nice apartment. I left my straighteners and hair curlers in the apartment and despite contacting the hotel the following day they said they did not find them. They were left in the wardrobe and never returned. This is disappointing.

The staff were incredible and went out of their way to help us. Also, we had some of the best cocktails I’ve ever experienced at the hotel bar thanks to a highly skilled young member of staff
