Would like to see the bathroom updated to a brighter color and better lighting!

The breakfast was great and our host was wonderful and very accommodating. The neighborhood had a number of restaurants and we felt very safe. It was a short east walk to the subway. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Food was great. The host was amazing. 10/10 recommended.

I so enjoyed my stay here. The room was whisper quiet and cleaned to an exceptionally high standard every day. Haude provided delicious breakfasts, and helped me work out which Metro to get to my destinations. I cannot recommend Le clos de l’olivier highly enough.

Beautiful Room. Although the property is clean and lovely. The check-in time is unrealistic, 5:30. You can arrange to leave your luggage but if you need something in the meantime you cannot get it as the door is locked. We were out and rain started and we couldn’t get to our jackets or umbrellas. Also, very sparse breakfast. The only protein item was yogurt. No eggs, meat or cheese. And a very strict checkout 11am. And it is quite loud in the room, concrete floors, walls and stairs without any carpet to absorb sound-we were on the top floor yet sounded like people walking loudly above us and all around-if you wanted to sleep past 8am good luck.

We had a lovely time at Le Clos de L'Olivier. The room was very comfortable and clean, the breakfasts were delicious, and our host was very helpful and friendly. Located in a lively residential neighbourhood with many good shops, cafes and restaurants nearby, and close to the metro. Highly recommend this place!

Nice and cozy hotel. The staff was friendly. You feel stay at a home.

I like that it was located outside of the touristy area. Felt totally safe walking around the neighborhood and enjoying good morning Street vendors I would come back again.

Clean and tidy, comfortable. The hosts are extremely attentive to the needs of their guests.

Location was great, the area was safe and clean. The owner of the property was flexible and accommodating. Check in was listed as 5:30-7:30pm was is a little different than other places we’ve stayed, and since we were arriving early afternoon we hoped to have access to the room sooner.Haude was happy to great us earlier. Also breakfast is a little later on weekends and we had scheduled things for early in the day,but Haude left us a breakfast in our room so we wouldn’t have to do without.

The room itself was nice. It was also clean. Me and my friend both felt very unwelcome as soon as we walked in it felt like quite a cold hostile reception. Any messages for any requests were ignored a mess we bumped into the lady to ask directly. Also, there was construction so both nights had very poor sleep, was very loud. Even check out the door was shut in my face and very few words exchange, even though their had been no issues, it was quite bizarre the reception from the lady who owns this place and on that alone wouldn’t come back.

Environment is super quiet and bed is soft and comfortable. The furnitures got taste and style. Breakfast is good. Close to the Convention metro station. None

Comfortable beds, great shower, helpful and kind owner. The facility was very clean and comfortable. Nothing

- comfortable room - close to many stores, eating options and a metro station (also walking distance from paris expo Porte de Versailles, if you come for work) - very “cute” and tasty breakfasts. It is not a huge selection, but it is a nice one and it is prepared in a very sweet way -good option for paris You have to carry your luggage using the stairs as there is no elevator, but it is definitely ok

Door key was broken.

The breakfast was delicious. However, we just missed some savory food. But the hostess made us some scrambled eggs on request, which was super nice ?

We did have a car, and had some difficulties finding the place initially as you cannot drive on the small road where the B&B is located.
-
Sweet little place and very quiet and clean. Hard to find as it is off the road down some stairs and a small plaza-like walkway, identified by the number only.

The location was very good in a safe neighbourhood. Very close to the metro station. The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was very confortable and the shower was amazing!!!!!!!!! We have a plant based diet. I contacted the hotel prior to our arrival and they said they could accomodated our request, however the only option we had was fruit, coffee/tea and baguette without any spread. If you are not vegan there is many options however. The lady that we met was lovely and polite however the communication was very difficult since she could not speak english and our french was very limited, however this did not spoil our stay. I would come back many times to the Le clos de l'olivier.
