The employee at the reception was awesome

I loved one of the persons who was there in the mornings. He helped is a lot how to move around París using public transportation. He was very helpful. We loved that it was really close to the museum and la plaza de la concorde. N/A

The proximity to major landmarks in the city. No breakfast was provided with daily rate.

Nice antic small room

The staff is very nice and the bed was comfortable and clean. Rugs are visibly dirty and stained. No elevator and we needed to carry our luggage up two flights on an old and narrow curved staircase. Coffee is terrible and the milk had turned.

Very close to main attraction Lift facilities

The staff were very helpful in giving directions and helping with transportation. The location is great. Very near the Louvre and walkable to many attractions. I stayed on the very top floor and could still hear most of the street noise. Be aware if you like to rest/nap in the afternoon, the church bells next door chime every 15 minutes from 8 am to 5 pm.

The staff was super friendly and they even upgraded me on the night I arrived to a larger room. They were also super kind to speak in french, spanish and english if needed. I loved that even on check out they were kind enough to help me book a taxi since for some reason Uber was not picking up. The location is PERFECT and it is very safe and close by to plenty cafes and the main tourist attractions in Paris. Loved it, would come back and would highly recommend for single travellers.

Perfect location Everything was great

The location is awesome and is within walking distance of Louvre. The building is quite old and gives a historical experience. The rooms were very small and the elevator basically fit for 1 person opening directly on staircase. Not fit for any persons with disability or any older folks. Very risky. Avoid the top floor as the room ceiling is so low that you can touch the ceiling while sleeping on your bed. (see pics)

Location was fantastic

Not a dislike, but it’s an older property with older amenities. That said, it’s exactly what we expected and was a phenomenal find.

Location Bathroom ventilation is bad. No circulation fan. Very damp!

One of the best locations. The website pictures misrepresent the actual facilities, even my taxi driver had troubles locating 4* hotel, it was a tiny door in the wall :) The room was small, the bathroom was tiny even by Parisian standards. The staff was very friendly, especially Nael, and location beats all of the above. I'd stay there again.

Excellent hotel, clean property, friendly staff, central, and safe location. Highly recommend.
