Breakfast was excellent, coffee exceptional. There was a slight hiccup with my coffee - I ordered a second cup of coffee to my room because the latte I had was exceptional. Unfortunately, they sent a cappuccino instead of latte. I complained and the hotel apologised and replaced it quickly. In fact, they had the person who made my first latte make it to make sure that I enjoy it. The shower was slightly disappointing. There was only a small head above (from the ceiling) and the stream wasn't as full as I would have liked. That said, it did the job and wasn't so weak so as to make me unhappy. Just could be better.

the location was good, close to the subway station comfortable beds, though a bit short if you are taller than 1,90m very quiet at night the room was very small, hardly any space to store your clothes, toiletries, luggage (no coat hanger in the entrance , no tablet in the bathroom)

The hotel has an excellent location, very convenient for exploring the area. The room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The spa and fitness facilities were closed during my visit, and I wasn’t informed of this beforehand, which was disappointing. Also, while I had booked a double bed, it was actually made up of two single beds pushed together. Sleeping in the middle offered little support, and I unfortunately woke up with some lower back soreness the next day.
