The breakfast was amazing! And so was the penthouse restaurant. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We managed quite well despite the language barrier. The room size was smaller than we expected. The location was not very central for our purposes.

Breakfast was fantastic. Staff was nice and helpful. Rooms and Hotel are new and nice/trendy. Temperature in winter felt fine. Showers good. Close to subway, and the restaurants/bakery/cafes nearby were good. I’ve been to the Marseille mama shelter and thought this was a better facility/experience. I wish there was a separate comment section just for the wifi. Its atrocious. We missed meetups because the wifi was so bad. Basically its an open wifi network (no password) so feels very unsafe. And then to top it off, all of our iOS devices would randomly disconnect every few mins, sometimes alerting us, soemtimes not. I had 1 bar of cell service in the area, and even that was more reliable than the wifi. PLEASE UPGRADE YOUR WIFI. The rooms have windows that open which is awesome. I always like fresh air. Wish there was a message/note that if you open the windows, you would get mosquitos in your room (in winter!) that eat at you for the next few days. We got ravaged by mosquitoes. Nights were very painful/stressful due to this. But honestly the bed is super comfortable and I am kinda willing to rate this as much lower importance than the wifi, because I actually opened the windows myself. Just beware is all I will say.

The hotel is beautiful, a bit far from the metro, but the location is very nice, the beds are nice, and the bathroom is very comfortable. What I liked most is that it has a restaurant on the first floor with a terrace where I can enjoy my coffee, and at night, a beautiful terrace upstairs with very friendly staff! A bit far from the metro, which isn't a big problem. But I didn't like that the hallways didn't have any nightlights. When we told reception that the light was out, they said the bulb had broken. But we were staying on different floors with my friends and family, and none of the hallways had any lights.

The decor, the cleanness, the room and the breakfast :) I also love the rooftop but didn’t went this time Nothing :) Just note that I’ve booked a room for 2 but we only had 2 pair of slippers :(

Very well located. Restaurants are great, both of them. The decor is amazing. The staff is super helpful, they are really kind. There is no place to work if you need, lede before check in or after check out.
