This hotel was a really nice experience for us, 10 minutes walk from metro station and plenty of buses and tram nearby. Excellent breakfast, friendly staff and the accommodations were clean and nice. Also has a community kitchen, fridge and washing machines so you have everything you need. We were a group of 4 and all of us have only good comments to say. Shoutout to Mohammed for greeting us every morning with his best spanish ?☺️ -

Window can not be open. Opening and closing is on request, so everytime we have to wait someone to come in the room and open or close the window

Modern and everyone was great! It’s a little confusing to get to the metro, we ended up ubering most of the time. It must’ve been Google Maps, not sure.

Mr.Mohammed in the entrance of the breakfast room was speaking friendly words with all guests in their own language. I think this is awesome. I thank you for having such friendly personnel. The breakfast was very good as well. The pavement in the room could be cleaner.

A welcoming and friendly hotel with a lively atmosphere. There were many young people and even whole school groups staying there, which created an energetic and refreshing vibe. The hotel is well located and very clean. The room temperature was not adjustable and stayed above 21°C, which was quite uncomfortable in winter. Also, the fruit juices served at breakfast were actually syrup-based rather than real juice.

We were sleeping on the top floor and the wind was rattling at the window sill (a bit noisy). Some water to drink in the room would have been great. Some cleaning of the breakfast table between guests would have been great.

The staff were incredibly polite, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. The reception team was always available to help, whether we needed directions around the city or had specific requests. A special shout-out to the breakfast team (I believe Muhamed and Ali, if I recall correctly!), who were super friendly and gave us great recommendations. The location is excellent, very close to public transport and markets. The room was clean, organized, and importantly, very warm and cozy! Nothing to complain about.

The property is clean. Although, the breakfast is a bit expensive and not as many as many choices, we truly enjoyed our stay. The staff are welcoming and helpful particularly, Muhammad. He is a darling, he knows his job well and he does it exceptionally well! We are going to recommend Meininger to our friends and for sure, we are going to return! The water bottle is a bit expensive!

The bathroom The rooms are like dorm rooms. Their is no Air conditioning unit. Just a fan circulating the air from outside. It was horrid.

Location was great, short walk to the metros, supermarkets and buses. We felt it was safe regardless if the time of day. Beds were so comfortable and given we were a family of 5 the sleeping arrangements were decent although the bathroom space was a bit tight. The parking garage is close by however there was little availability at the time necessitating multiple visits. Given the number and type of guests like kids, teens and families, the entertainment area needs to be significantly improved.

We've stayed at this hotel before which is why we booked it yet again for this trip as its really cost effective! We had much friendlier staff this time round. The beds were really comfortable and given we were 5 adults in a room the sleeping arrangements were pleasant although the space for the shower, toilet and basin was a bit tight. Whilst there is a parking garage close by, when we needed to book it was full for the times we needed and this necessitated us making multiple trips to the parking garage given the availability. The entertainment area is left wanting with little to nothing. In comparison to the Meininger Hotel in Lyon, given the number of guests especially kids, teens and families, it could really be improved.
