it was super close to everything and in a good neighborhood nothing to complain about i will come back next time!

The parking was horrendous and barely any spaces! Had to pay 33 euro per night to park there. Then when we got there they told us no air con After we had travelled like 12 hours to get there with two young children. They gave us fans which were useless. Apparently in summer time they have issues with air con. Do not book here if u want air con issues. Nothing

Bad

Close to the La Villette Felt dirty and dingy, the carpets were stained and the whole place needed freshening up. Not sure how it has 4 stars. The air con wasn’t working but i had been advised about that after i booked. The area was also not great for cafes or restaurants unless you wanted pizza or take away.

Nichts DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL I left my Apple Watch Series 8 on the bed next to my pillow in Room 205. I contacted the hotel immediately and followed up three times. I was 100% sure I had left it there, but they did not properly investigate the matter, and they did not even reply to my email. The room was very dirty. The floor was covered in dust, under the bed was extremely dirty, the furniture was very old, and the air conditioner was broken. The room was unbearably hot and uncomfortable. The location was also very inconvenient. To reach most tourist attractions, we had to change 2–3 trains, which was especially difficult with a small child. I strongly recommend NOT booking this hotel.

Ideal Location, next metro station and food places No AC during the heat wave when temperature outside is 35 degrees plus. Soon you come in room feels like over 40 .. definitely need AC in each room They gave us fans but still feel so hot

Staff where friendly Ac wasn’t working, vents covered in mold. Rooms unbearable. Booked a different hotel and checked out after a couple hours

Nothing The hotel did not meet the standards I expected from a 4-star property. The air conditioning was not working, and although a portable cooler was provided, it was not sufficient, especially in the warm weather. The breakfast was also very poor, with limited choice and quality. Overall, the facilities and service did not feel like those of a 4-star hotel.

, klaar voor gebruik: Upon arrival, we were informed that the hotel's air conditioning had already been shut down for several months. A 4-star hotel with no working air conditioning during a heatwave is unacceptable—can you imagine? The staff suggested opening the windows, even though the hotel is located in the middle of the city right next to a highway. With two young kids, we had a terrible night with hardly any sleep. The room temperature was above 30 degrees, and there was continuous noise from outside. This Mercure hotel is a disgrace, showing a deliberate strategy to save money at the expense of tourists. Their excuse was that air conditioning was not mentioned in the room details. However, by law, 4-star hotels in France are required to have air conditioning.

The cleaning and room service staff were really nice and helpful. The reception staff seemed overwhelmed, they didn't explain about hotel amenities or parking on arrival or at checkout.

The location was great, just steps away from a metro station. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was good and plentiful. First impressions were awful. First, we'd booked our parking well in advance and were given a code to enter but the code didn't work. The reception staff then told us it was full, which was a downright lie, since there were dozens of spaces. They took ages to satisfy themselves about my booking before finally deigning to open the garage door and lo and behold there was plenty of room. Then they gave us room keys that didn't work, half the elevators didn't work half the time, so getting up and down was very slow, and no air con in the room in the middle of a heatwave was pretty poor. They did provide fans but they were inadequate. Very disappointing facilities, check-in and staff helpfulness considering how much we paid for a supposedly "4-star" hotel.

Location and FOM AC didn’t work !! The fan and cooler didn’t do much justice in such hot weather. The overall experience wasn’t good.

The location is near the metro station. Unfortunately, my experience was not satisfactory. The breakfast was very poor, with a limited buffet selection, and several dishes that ran out were not replaced. As a result, the quality and availability of food were disappointing. The bathtub was also very dirty when I first entered the room, which was unacceptable. In addition, the fan provided in the room was not working. I reported the issue to the staff, but although they promised to resolve it, no action was taken during my stay. Overall, the service and maintenance standards did not meet expectations.
