Breakfast was good. Staff was nice and corteous.

Calme et acessible. Près des métros et trains. Mauvais nettoyage de la chambre, Le minibar ne fonctionne pas et n'est pas vidé et pas nettoyer de la nourriture pourri a été retrouvé dedans au check in. Signalé à la reception et le personnel nous a remplacé rapidement le minibar. La climatisation ne refroidit pas seulement la ventilation fonctionne. L'hotel a signalé qui c'est en cours d'intervention. Il manque un distributeur de boisson dans l'hôtel quand on à une envie de se rafraîchir à 1h30 du matin quand tout les commerces sont fermés.

Er was schimmel in onze kamer aanwezig net als in de douche, de airco lekte waardoor het tapijt nat was. Er kon ook geen raam open waardoor de kamer echt niet fris rook of aanvoelde.

The location was great. Also the breakfast was very good. The a/c was not working and they knew it wasn’t working prior to our stay and they did not notify us. We arrived late and could not go to another place. Very unprofessional.

Old and run down, definitely needs a refresher. Air conditioning in room very noisy. Overall not good value for money.

The breakfast buffet was excellent. Location is very good too. Easy for subway, RER and taxis. No AC in the room during the heat wave that took place this past week. Even with a fan, it was difficult to sleep at night. The bathroom did not even have a fan to circulate the air. AC was present at the reception though. Not sure why the comfort of their guests was not taken in consideration.

The hotel location is excellent. There are lots of shops and good restaurants nearby. Being close to the train station was a life saver, insofar as we were able to rebook quickly in person after our train was cancelled (heatwave). The hotel staff were professional, courteous and friendly! Bathroom is a tad small. We couldn’t run a bath as the plug would not stay in the close position, and there were no face lots for us to use. We also had a problem with the electrical system due to the broken device at room entry. The problem was taken care of with a day and a half.

The location close to gare Montparnasse is the main reason to stay there. It has no charm and there was one restaurant we considered for dinner. No charm The plugs for charging devices were hard to get to, in a strange location. The room was small for the price

Location It was extremely warm weather during our stay but no AC in the room! Difficult to sleep with 28 degree in the room.

Location is good. I asked tooth brush and tooth paste but they said tooth paste is not available. Slippers were not in the hotel room and when i asked receptionist rejected to give since it is only for prestige rooms. It was 30 degree in paris and air condition was not working inthe building. They gave a ventilator and we had to sleep with a ventilator. Please do not expect a 4 star hotel service.
