The room was really really dirty. It was the worst hotel I have experienced. It should be unacceptable to propose this hotel on Booking.com.

Walking distance from Gare de Lyon train station. That’s the only good thing about this dump! No elevator! I had to carry my bags up six fights of stairs in 90° heat and once I got to the top, I didn’t have air-conditioning either. Probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my life.

Location It is an old building and it’s not easy to go up and down the stairs we had to be very careful

There is nothing I liked in this hotel. It was a nightmare. My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The room was dirty, there was a terrible smell, and there was mold on the walls. The bathroom was also in a very poor condition, lacking basic hygiene. I would not recommend it at all.

Nothing to like in this property all worst There is no lift at the property, and the place is very poorly maintained. I strongly recommend removing this hotel from Booking.com, as it could damage your reputation. This is one of the worst places I’ve seen in Paris.

location close to gare de lyon shower was either scolding hot or ice cold. cigarette smell if opened the window, but heater wouldnt turn off so super hot. broken hanger. no elevator. dirty bathroom

,they showed modern room but gave the old one and the last portions ,it was not clean ،There were biting insects that caused sores and blisters on several parts of our bodies during the night.

Good location right near the train station. The bed was comfortable Sketchy. No elevator. The pictures make it look like it’s nice and modern but in reality the design is horrible and really old. There is no elevator

Good location It has no ac…like sleeping in an oven…super expensive

The location near Gare de Lyon Staff attitude was off hand, as if doing you a favor. No lift, over 70's up 5 flights of stairs. Shower dirty. Broken bed side table. No blinds on windows, so to light. No fan, though 5th floor in summer. Too little space for two beds bump your head on sloping roof.Reception was dark and dosorderly.

Location The street light immediately outside my window meant the room was not dark. No lights other than the bathroom and one bedside light worked. No air conditioning so window had to be open to noise from people and vehicles in the lane. No shower or curtain or screen meant the bathroom flooded. The room was so small I could not lay my suitcase case on the floor fully open.

nothing I paid extra for two beds when I made the reservation, and they only gave me one. There was no ventilation, no AC, and no fan. The facilities were in very poor condition. The staff didn't speak English or Spanish, only the native language. They made fun of us because they claimed to understand. Don't ever stay there!!

I deslike the smell and the place look scary When we arrive there the old woman is asking us and didnt even tried to speak english the desk are dirty and the smell it is not friendly...I dislike not worth for the stay and money no elevator the stairs are so high and we on 4tth floor specially going up it is smelly and dirty also inside the apartment it is not even clean the toilet not properly clean its very smelly it looks so nice in the picture and clean but in personal everytime we go up and down we felt vomiting and dont wanna stay more longer

everything was bad. No elevator, ugly room, old mattress, towel, bed sheet, restroom can barely hold one person, holes in the wall, etc. nothing it say in picture is there. everything is lie

So the Hotel doesnt have an elevator, and a very thin stair case, though the rooms are really good, and comfy. The bed is nice, and overall, its good value for money, quite some eating options nearby too. The hotel did not have an elevator, its a small hotel, with a dull lobby, though, i'd still prefer to stay here, because the room was quite nice, at the top floor

Absolutely nothing other than it giving me a roof for a night. This has been the absolute worst stay of my life- and I travel a lot. This shouldn’t be considered a hotel, maybe a hostel or inn. First, the staff is so careless & not friendly (not even the tinest bit). We were greeted by an older lady who didnt even greet but immediately gave attitude & didn’t show or tell us where our room was (???). There is NO ELEVATOR so expect to carry your own bags up a very narrow and windy staircase- all the way up to whatever floor you’re on and then back down when you leave. You are also immediately greeted with the strong smell of cigarettes. When we got to the room, the sheets were clean (wait for it- I’m talking about when we got there), but there were no amenities nor was the restroom clean. I attached pictures below. The smell of cigarettes was even stronger in our room. We couldn’t sleep because of that and the following. We opened the curtain and there was a ladder leading up to our window, immediately making us feel super unsafe. We didn’t know what had access to it. I tried to lock the windows and to my surprise, the lock was broken to one. So damn scary man. Oh and the lock to our damn room didn’t work either. The pillows were extremely high, old and uncomfortable. We already couldn’t sleep because it wasn’t safe but we couldn’t even lay comfortably. We didn’t notice this when we got in bed (probably because it was dark) but under the covers, we found dark spots. It looked like bed bug signs to me. It was the absolute worst stay of my life and I really wish I would’ve read reviews on it before because everyone seems to have the same horrible experience.

Bed was comfortable, but nothing else Toilet or basin was leaking onto the bathroom floor. Shower curtain not long enough, shower had nothing to hang it on. No hot water for the basin. No heating working in the bedroom, damaged electrical sockets.. way over priced.
