New Hotel Opera

renocated hotel and fantastic staff location is good and close to Metro. NOt far from cafes and restaurants. Quirky hotel nice sitting area and breakfast is good too

The room was a little bit small and the shower was old and the tap holder was falling all the time

The staff was so kind! Probably the highlight of the stay. However the room was tiny but perfect for us- a family of 3. I was a bit worried about the third bed but it was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and clean. It was perfect for us! Everyone was great

Higher price than expected

Good value for money - no breakfast included but facilities clean and well managed rooms are on the small side

Close to transportation, St. Lazare Stn. and Liege Metro. Very helpful staff. Clean accommodation. Good service. The night tables were tiny, not big enough to accommodate the few things I need by my bedside and the computer shelf was flimsy and unstable, could easily be made more solid. Otherwise it was very good accommodation.

Great hotel

We really enjoyed the stay at New Hotel Opera with my wife. The room was small but very comfortable and nice. The bed was very good and we were able to get excellent sleep. The room was soundproofed well because the noise from the street when we opened the window was quite intense at times but when the windows were closed it was quite silent. We liked the bathroom a lot, the shower head had like 3 settings for different streams of water so that was awesome too. The breakfast was really good. Huge shout-out for the orange jam for breakfast - it was amazing. And the location was awesome - right next to the saint trinity church - we would walk everywhere - notre dame, seine were all within a 3-4 km radius. All of the attractions were accessible by foot to us, but we do like a little bit of a walk. At it's very close the the Lafayette store and Montmartre. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Hard to say really. The room was small but we didn't come to Paris to stay in our room, and when we settled in in the evening it was very comfortable.

Great location, good value Dated decorations, plain breakfast menu

The staff are so sweet. The location is very very convenient. The rooms are relatively small but for the price it’s perfect. It’s super newly renovated - 2024. I didn’t have breakfast there. The space for clothes is small so if you are 2 sharing the 1 bedroom it might be too tight. Absolutely nothing. It was cute. It was convenient. It was pretty. It was clean. Team was nice so so friendly.

It's just my personal need for quiet, and neutral smells. The cleaning products used were overwhelming and gave me a headache. Our room faced the street, which was very noisy. To close out the noise you had to close the windows -- it was quite warm but I was told there is no air conditioning or fan turned until May 1. Happily, I was able to find another room in a hotel down the street that was quiet and neutral, and had a larger desk, needed for working. The staff was very nice about allowing us to stay just one night, instead of the original five. MUCH appreciated!

The hotel is very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful and professional. The location is convenient to the Liege Metro station and not far from Saint-Lazare train station. There is a small Carrefour grocers just around the corner for convenience items. The area felt very safe. The rooms are very small, just one hard chair and the bedside tables are just a piece of wood attached to the wall hardly a square foot in size so not great space for any kind of bedside equipment. The space is very efficiently used however otherwise.

The bedrooms are really comfortable, and the triple room is nicely equipped. The staff is amazing, very kind and ready to help out at any moment. The location of the hotel is good at a walkable distance to Montmartre. And the breakfast was amazing, definitely a great option on Paris. The triple bedroom is a little bit small.

Location was very close to the metro, shower pressure was great, staff was friendly, the breakfast stayed open until noon, the ambience of the hotel was cozy
