I booked this room because it claimed to have air conditioning. It didn't: AC was broken. Staff was helpful but could not do anything about it. The room was more than 30°C, windows gave on a patio, so leaving them open all night was not an option -- anyway, there was no air. I thought I was going to pass out. I left the room at 3am because of the heat.

Great service in general. The breakfast could use some more fruit, but it's France... Wifi was quite ok, but don't rely on it for conferences.

Elevator have a huce problem. We think it will drop when we are using. Our room hav lots of ant and everything in the room feels like not clean.

I didn't like almost everything, the rooms and bed are super shitty and small .. There were spiders and insects around the windows, the room size is super small, the mattress is like 300 years old, oh man I paid $130 a night for a piece of shit plus don't get deceived by the pictures of the rooms... The only good thing about this place was Jokorta the reciptionist... Simple as that

Room was a bit cold, had a problem with the water of the shower that was boiling hot the 2 first days but quickly fixed, and there were ants in the room

There was absolutely nothing to like about this hotel. It is the worse place ever It was dirty, incline, small, nothing like what was posted online

clean bathroom in the room Reception almost not existent. Breakfast ok but only 3 tables available in the small room of reception. My room was on a loggia. Smelling of sigarette . Reception at disposal to provide another room but not availability and therefore not reimbursement. Rooms cold and no extra blanket availables

The staff are nice ( all the receptionists ) but the manager and the cleaning lady not at all . First it was something weird I noticed in the room ( some pipes on the wall ) after There Was a big incident at the hotel some sort of toxic gas I’m not sure of the nature of it , in the whole hotel , I have cardiovascular problems & I kinda loft my life that same night because of that gas … the police and the firefighters came that night to fix the situation. the next day we asking the manager some sort of solutions instead he asking me if I’m hungry like I need food … he didn’t even care about my medical situation and the incident happened the night before . To be honest I wouldn’t recommend that hotel to no one … I need to check myself again at the hospital because I don’t feel good until today . Im suffering and I’m not sure what that gas did to me .

We arrived after 5.00pm, even though check in was supposed to start at 3.00pm, and our booked room was still not ready. After waiting and discussing the situation with the receptionist, we were offered a different room instead. Unfortunately, the alternative room was in a very poor condition, with an unpleasant smell, poor air quality, and a general appearance that did not match the photos shown on the Booking.com listing. The air-conditioning unit also looked to be in poor condition, which did not inspire confidence. What made the situation even more frustrating was the complete lack of management support. The receptionist told us that the manager was on holiday and that there was nobody else available with authority to resolve the issue. Given the condition of the room, we did not feel it was safe or appropriate to stay there, so we had to look for another solution. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, especially as the property did not reflect the standard presented online. Furthermore, the online communication with the hotel’s representatives was very frustrating. I am not used to giving reviews, especially negative ones, but here I need to make an exception—I really wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone!

Breakfast on time Make sure that all AC work before the arrival of the client.I was surprise at my arrival,they told me that the AC in the room not working and they would like to propose me the fan.That is inacceptable after payment the entire amount of 12 days of stay.

The TV was nice and i liked that it had netflix and youtube, it was also huge. The fridge and the water heater was a nice edition even tho the water heater was a bit cheap. The bathroom was okay as well. The room itself was located on a balcony outside and while this wouldn't be THAT much of a problem, the doors of the room were so poorly isolated that the cold air kept seeping in and no matter what I did even leaving the AC on, the air still got really cold throughout the night. The bed sheets were awful and were being cleaned with some sort of cheap laundry powder that made them really sticky to the touch. They were also incredibly thin and didn't help the already freezing situation i was in. The whole room was really crammed as well and it wasn't nice to navigate in.

It is close to station. It is clean. The area is very quite. When I checked in the staff didn't see my name on the list. He told me that I have booked the wrong days and the hotel was overbook. Then I showed him the booking confirmation with the correct day. After that, he gave me the key for one room but he said that it would be trouble if more customer came. The room was very cold and the blanket was very thin, not warm enough. I had a sore throat after the first night. There was a kettle in the room but no cups.

I would have greatly appreciated being informed in advance about the renovation work taking place at the hotel. Unfortunately, I found myself having to walk through a construction area, which was quite inconvenient.

The cleaners opening up your door randomly at 9am is not great etc….

Its close to a supermarket and to the metro station. And the staff were nice They undergoing construction work on the hotel u can smell the paint all over your room they didn’t supply toiletries and the air-condition was off although they did give fans instead it was still horribly hot the fans didn’t work

All the rest. Despite the location being "OK" There is some smell at some times. The AC wasn't working at all and make me crazy. This could. Be a good hotel if they invest little bit i think.
