The hotel is an incredibly tranquil wonderful place in the very he tic heart of Paris! The location was fantastic, staff helpful, rooms well appointed, very modern and clean. And our view was second to none! The beat view I have ever had in Paris! The front of house lady at breakfast (I think her name was Hanna) was absolutely delightful, just a ray of sunshine and made my day every morning! It was really all perfect. And if I had to say something… then teaspoons and sugar on the tables at breakfast would have be nice.

Location was very central. Rooms were very modern and newly updated. The first room we had was not ideal to get to going down corridor and staircase.
-
Great location but the staff were a little cold and didn’t provide great service. The only exception was one bell boy at the entrance The service wasn’t great. The staff also mixed up my breakfast order and weren’t very apologetic

The ambiance, the cleanliness, the enthusiasm of the stuff, and the good food. The rooms were very small for the price per night we paid

The windows in the room couldn’t be opened, so there was no way to get any fresh air. The room felt stuffy the entire time. There was no heater provided, and the air conditioner could only be set up to +23°C, which was not sufficient to keep the room warm.
