Great location walkable to champs elysee and arc de triomphe. Nice breakfast and bar area. Good breakfast with delicious gluten free banana bread Air con didn’t work on one night. No hot water one morning. Fridge didn’t work when air con was off. Mattresses too soft for me altho my husband didn’t mind.

The location was great, the staff was very nice and welcoming. The cleanliness of the rooms. And I liked the laundry service. The bed mattress was lumpy, it wasn’t even. I didn’t like the lifts in the lobby, they were too small, it barely took two people. And I wished that there were someone to help take the bags to the rooms, we had to take them by ourselves at check-in and checkout.

Location was good and room size was also good relative to what we are used to for hotels jn Europe and France. There was slowness in resolving some of the problems. Also lack of coordination between reception and house keeping that resulted in annoyance to guests. For a simple request like switching rooms, there was a lot of complications including requesting us to vacant the room by the checkout time (12pm) and only get the replacement room by the check in time (3pm).. there was so much unpleasant argument to convince the receptionist that changing room does not mean checking out and checking in again and that other hotels would just move our luggage to the new room. The hotel was overall ok for a quick and short stay.. will I come back again? Probably not as I don’t feel I got enough value for the money I paid .

The hotels location is very convenient to get around Paris. Everything was clean, and we were lucky enough to have ac. The staff were also very friendly and helpful with everything. Though I had an amazing time, there were a few issues with housekeeping as they didn’t change our pillow cases, bed sheets and only gave us 1 towel though there was two of us staying in the room. We were out all day and discovered this very late at night, the receptionist offered to come up to the room and give us new pillow cases, in which we discovered were also dirty. My friend who was with me also told me that someone came into the room during the night, I’m not sure why which is a very concerning security issue. Though overall the hotel was great this situation that happened on our last left a bad taste.
