Great location. The room size was as expected in Paris. You can walk to see most of the area near Notre Dame and the 3rd and 4th arrondissements. It has a pretty tough flight of stairs (no lift) but ok if you have small cases.

Small but practical rooms in a great location. Staff were friendly. Good shower and beds. Everything you need for a few days away Be great if in the future the rooms will move from key entry to cards. Quite noisy hearing people attempting to get in/out of their room

Would recommend, great location, rooms were perfect for a few night stay, maids came everyday to clean, change sheets, towels, and also added fresh water to the fridge every morning. Very happy with our stay! Full length mirror in the room potentially on the back of the door would of been greatly appreciated

Amazing location in the heart of Le Marais, newly refurbished rooms with nice bathroom, very clean and spotless. The rooms have new air-conditioning units, a very rare occurrence in small hotels like the Pratic. And in August Paris can be very hot and stuffy! The staff were very helpful, shoutout to Sam and Rami. We were very comfortable in our room, beds were firm, we appreciated the coffee station and small drinks fridge, and enjoyed the complimentary items in the bathroom. We have no immediate plans to visit Paris again soon... but if we did, we'd head back to Hotel Pratic! Such good value, such a great location! We were on the fourth floor and there's no elevator... the 81 steps to our room on the narrow spiral staircase were challenging! However, the staff gladly helped us with our luggage on the first and last day. The air conditioning did a great job of cooling our room, but on the first night of our stay it made a tremendous noise (every 45 minutes! ). We informed the front desk of the problem... and the following day it had been fixed. That's amazing service!

The location was great and a 24/7 reception desk was a nice touch to create more safety. The staff were great, they even moved us to the 2nd floor on the 2nd night as we were 6 floors up originally! The room was comfortable and modern. No elevator.

Location of the property is ideal on a quiet street in the Marais area of Paris. The property was very clean and staff polite and helpful The room was a bit small however the location outweighs this

Staff was very friendly and accommodating for English speakers. Carried bags to the room, breakfast was complimentary if you pay the extra 5/10 bucks which is worth it. If you want to stay in a pleasant area in Paris this is a great one. Called us a cab when we needed one for the train. For normal sized humans it’s a great stay. The restaurants nearby weren’t the best in my opinion.

Nice staff members clean and tidy hotel!

This 2 star hotel punches above its weight. Although the room space is tight (that’s Paris) it works because of the well designed proportions. To have air con if not a little too chilly was a delight in the July heat. I booked a double on the second floor (stairs) which was perfect for me. I’d question it accommodating a tall couple in need of extra bed space, The staff were most accommodating with helping with my suitcase then storing it for a couple of hours after check out. N/A
