We had a wonderful stay at Royal Garden Champs-Élysées in early July during our trip to Paris for a fashion show. Our flight arrived several hours before check-in time, and we were very pleasantly surprised by how attentive and helpful the reception staff were. They kindly found a room for us so we could settle in earlier than expected. A special thank you to Mohammad at the reception, who was extremely friendly, polite, and welcoming. His kindness made a great first impression of the hotel. During our stay, Paris was experiencing a heat wave, and the little touches from the hotel made a huge difference. Having fresh water and croissants available at the reception area was such a thoughtful gesture. I especially appreciated that two bottles of water were provided in our room every day — not only on arrival, but continuously throughout our stay. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the Arc de Triomphe, with many restaurants and cafés nearby. The staff is very international, which made communication easy even without speaking French. The breakfast was not the largest in terms of variety, but the quality was exceptional. The fresh orange juice, delicious locally produced yogurt, and excellent regional coffee were highlights. Breakfast is served in a beautiful winter garden-style area with plenty of natural light, creating a very pleasant atmosphere. The breakfast staff were also extremely attentive and friendly. The building itself is older, but it has a lot of charm and character. It was clean, comfortable, and pleasant, with a lovely Parisian atmosphere. I also accidentally left my neck pillow at the hotel after our departure. The staff kindly checked for it and arranged to send it back to my home in Germany, which was truly appreciated. We were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely choose Royal Garden Champs-Élysées again on a future visit to Paris.

It was a bed for one night. Smelled like smoke, needs updating, no evening restaurant.
