Excellent location if you want to be in the heart of the city, if you want to shop for the best stores in France, this is it! The rooms are a little small, but very well equipped. They could refit the bathrooms with standing shower, now the shower is in a traditional dated narrow bath. Can get tricky !

Hotel is quite and you can really sleep peacefully. It’s Safe and all the staff are truly kind. Ofc gonna book any time I’m in Paris again. Checkout and helping for luggage takes more than 40 minutes.

This is the 3rd time for us to stay in the hotel we love it here. The staff they was amazing and friendly and the service was great, The location perfect ?? ? Nothing we didn’t like

The location was great, the suite was spacious, it was quite and elegant, they even had Shattaf in the bathroom.

Loved the room - was spacious, bathroom large, with tub. Nice views. Centrally located to everything touristic - great area! The lobby and designs are very sterile - can really use a refresh, redesign. Not the most inviting - doesnt not feel luxurious but an expensive hotel

Excellent suite with terrace ; very comfortable and a beautiful place to spend 5 nights ! Great service and staff ! We did have an issue With the sliding bathroom doors ; when my wife pulled one side , the other side automatically shut forcibly and badly bruised her fingers with significant pain ! The hotel was nice to provide a complimentary breakfast though We asked them to change the mechanism to avoid future injuries with kids too

The rest of the staff. The space of the suite and service was excellent overall The house keeping . Being passive aggressive with an attitude. I put on don’t disturb sign so we have our day comfort free , yet received an annoying call asking when I need to room to be cleaned regardless or the sign . And keep saying we will be done at 9:30 pm and when I gave them a time I know I am out . They didn’t clean the room saying there was a sign earlier!!!??

I like the location I like the room decoration I like the food in the restaurant I don’t like the room to small I don’t feel that is a clean hotel I left from the hotel full of bits in my body.. next morning I was waiting almost 50 minutes in front the reception to speak to someone.. about my experience.. unfortunately nobody available.. 10 people was wetting to check in and check out with two staff members struggled to serve them.. mess no lack for me to speak to a manager… Finally I left on deleted to cache my Eurostar back to London.. As well they asked me a security deposit almost the money I was prepared for my Stay… they take your money and they need 3 days to return..
