Comfortable

So much to like: the hotel itself is family run, in their charming old Parisian mansion. It's tastefully decorated and very clean. Our room was comfortable and clean, temperature controlled, with a comfortable queen bed. The hosts are friendly and welcoming, and the morning's breakfst provided a great start to the day, with delicious croissants, pain au chocolat, fresh baguette, fruit, yoghurt, fresh-squeezed orange juice, coffee, and eggs+french bacon cooked fresh upon your order should you wish. There is a beautiful terrace on the top of the building, should you wish to relax a bit. We highly recommend this hotel! We liked everything. Just head's up there is a bit of street noise, i.e. cars/motos, in the morning, if you want 100% peace and quiet this may be relevant. (you can book the 12th floor at a Hilton in that case, with hermetically sealed windows.) It was quiet all night. This didn't bother us because we were up in the morning for the wonderful breakfast and to start our days in Paris.

I loved the architecture of the building and decor. Really felt like an exceptional Paris property. Should have brought smaller luggage to manage the stairs.

Very beautiful boutique hotel. We had breakfast on the rooftop which was nice and relaxing. The staff were super nice and helpful. The room was very spacious and comfortable, AC was working perfectly in hot weather.

The host was friendly and responsive. The tv lounge and rooftop public areas are comfortable and attractive. Breakfast was simple but nicely done. Our primary complaints relate to the One-Bedroom Suite we stayed in, which is on the top two floors of the hotel. The shower was uncomfortable and difficult to use, as there is only a hand-sprayer in a tub, with no bracket to hold it. This was made worse by the ill-fitting shower curtain that did not enclose the tub entirely. The internal stairs from the entry/living-room to the bedroom/bathroom are steep and treacherous even by European standards. Be very careful if wearing socks, as the painted wooden steps can be slippery! While we appreciated that there was air-conditioning in the room, the air conditioners in both rooms made intermittent loud buzzing sounds that made it hard to sleep. It sounded like a pump activating. Finally, we noticed immediately that the hand-soap dispenser in the bathroom was empty when we arrived. The host brought us a separate liquid soap bottle. After the first housekeeping, the bottle was removed, and yet the wall-mounted soap was never replaced during the next 3 days of our stay.

There was such kind and lovely staff ensuring our stay was as comfortable as possible. The building and decor were also gorgeous, would definitely recommend staying here!

Beautiful decoration inside and out. Amazing common sitting area upstairs. Breakfast every morning was fresh and tasty. The staff were kind and helpful. -

The staff was extremely friendly. The building is made like a Parisian dream and the breakfast was just to good. Definitely our stay was just pure pleasure. Everything was perfect.

Its a really unique hotel, if you want an intimate experience, the owners of the hotel are just great, you will feel so welcomed and will make it feel like your home.

The host raises the bar for hospitality, she is absolutely amazing, accomodating any particular needs.
