The bed was a bit hard for me, but I have slept on firmer. Adding soap dispensers in the shower and wash area would be nice instead of the packages.

This was our first visit to Paris, the hotel is very clean and the location is beautiful, the metro stations and cafés are all around us and it's a nice area to walk around. The staff were really nice, especially Yousif. He has a good energy around him and suggested Sacre coeur Church as a spot for my wife's birthday when I asked him for a spot with the Parisian vibe, which was the highlight of our trip.

Room 205 The mattress on the room’s bed was very poor. It caused back pain because the mattress would sink in. There was no hair dryer in the room. There was no water bottle either. The room AC was locked, and I felt cold at night.

The location was acceptable, with good access to city center by bus. The room and whole place was clean. Everyday they changed the towels and put the bed in order. We didn't feel enough privacy, since he room walls were not thick enough. As you could hear the next room very clearly. But during the night hours it was quite enough not to disturb our sleep. The prices were a bit high, but considering the prices in Paris, it seems reasonable. I was informed during the booking that there will a 2 euro per night charges, but the receptionist asked 5 euro per days!
