Nice location with a terrace, walking distance to sacre coeur. Noisy, a bit old fashioned

Room and bathroom were neat and clean. Also breakfast was pleasant. The breakfast choices were quite limited. Corridor cleanliness wasn’t the best. And the staff is ok.

Can’t beat the location! Staff is very friendly. We stayed in a Privilege Room, but the condition of the room was disappointing. The bathtub had no shower screen — the mounting bracket was still there, but the screen itself was missing — which made it impossible to shower without flooding the bathroom. Despite the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, staff entered the room and converted the minibar into a fridge, moving all our belongings in the process. The towels were very thin, and overall the room feels past its technical lifetime. The price is far too high for the quality offered; before COVID this hotel cost about 25% of the current rate, which was already reasonable at the time. The area around the hotel is not the best, but the location itself is excellent, close to Montmartre. Breakfast is very good, though it would be even better if the breakfast staff were a bit more welcoming.

Location was good. The air conditioning was a persistent problem that made the room extremely hot and difficult to sleep. This was never resolved even thought they said it would be. We were told at the front desk that they control the air conditioning and could not adjust it at all. They also said numerous times they would send a technician but never did. The front desk staff was dismissive of our concerns. I could not recommend a stay there.

We stayed for 1 night before a flight connection back home, rooms were lovely, staff super friendly + helpful, great location + near Metro. Really appreciated the luggage storage facility as well.

I stayed for 5 nights at Mercure Paris Montmartre. For sight seeing and the Paris Marathon. The hotel is situated near the Metro and the Moulin Rouge. A short walk to the Sacre Coer with lovely restaurants. The hotel staff were lovely particularly Valentine and Andrei. I was a lone traveller at the age of 62 and felt safe. Dining and having a drink alone in the hotel. The breakfast was amazing so much choice and delicious. My room was clean and comfortable. I had a view of the terrace and I could just see the Eiffel tower. I know you can pay a supplement for a better room and view. However it was perfect for my needs. I would definitely stay here again. In case you have neighbours behind the wall of your room - you'd probably hear their conversations clearly, which is not very convenient during nighttime. Otherwise, very good hotel.

The Location was ideal for our plans in Montmartre. And the view! What a surprise!
-
Location was alright as I needed a short connection to Gare de l'Est. Having Montmartre rather close was a nice addition. I have stayed with this chain(Mercure) before but was not expecting this. Comment : breakfast was fair

The service was awesome Nothing negative

The hotel is conveniently located. The accommodations match the description on the website. The mattress is comfortable. Large underground parking is nearby. Yesterday, about one hour after checking out, I realized that I had forgotten an important personal item in my room. I immediately sent a message to the hotel via the Booking.com app, but so far I have not received any response. I also tried to contact the hotel reception by phone. However, the phone always goes to an answering machine, and it is impossible to reach the hotel through the other listed phone numbers. There has been no contact with the hotel for more than 24 hours, and I am receiving no feedback at all. This is the first time I have ever experienced a situation where a hotel is completely unreachable. Please address this issue urgently and respond to me as soon as possible. The item I left in the room is very important to me.

Great location, comfortable and nicely appointed /decorated room with exceptional (and very pretty!) blackout blinds, and we had a gorgeous view of the Eiffel Tower! We also liked having a small fridge in the room. The hotel is quite reasonably priced for the quality and area, and felt both safe and comfortable. Weird things were missing from the room, like a dresser or creamer for coffee. Also, the staff was a little rude (we caught one of them eyerolling at us looking around/exploring the hotel) and not particularly helpful. And all the pics of the great seating areas, work spaces, and hangout areas are either in the restaurant or a paid co-working space. They are not part of the included hotel experience, which we found disappointing and a bit misleading in the photos. There's basically just a small lobby and no real lounging areas at all. Nice gym though!

Great location and friendly staff!
-
the room was alright, the staff was very friendly and tried to be as accomodating as possible the bath was a little too narrow and hurt the back, and the faucet had an awful knocking sound. But the worst was that the place was not well-organised at all, the room was to be ready at 2 originally, but we had to wait an hour and a half for it to be available. We were there for a concert and didnt have as much time as we'd like to get ready.

All staff were extremely helpful and location was perfect.
-
The location was great because we took the bus everywhere and there were several bus stops close by. The mattresses on the beds feel like cots. They are very thin and uncomfortable.
