The staff was nice. The room is too small. The elevator too.

The location, that was about it. The AC was broken, and after several times reporting this we were only given a fan, no engineer, no other options. The bath was broken so having a shower get like you were going to go through the fall.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location. Where do i start.. i booked 15 nights which cost me 3000 Euros. They had decided to put me in the absolute worst room available - first floor, the view was the internal wall with some extraction fans that were super loud. The lights were also flickering. I went downstairs to complain. The receptionist said there was nothing else available, however after calling her manager another room became available. The new room they put me at all 3 of the pillow cases and the pillows were dirty with someone's makeup. I asked to replace them. They said they didn't have any more pillows. I then asked to at least change the pillow cases. The cleaner that arrived said i only needed one pillow, and she told me to put the other 2 dirty pillows with the dirty cases in a closet. The first couple of days were cold. The radiators and the air con was not working. I asked for a portable heater. The staff couldn't understand what i was asking for, so i had to use google translate. Finally the receptionist comes up with a heater, i plug it in and it's not working. I call up the reception saying that it's not working. Another receptionist comes up, he tells me that the aircon is working, however it is only blowing cold air. He tells me that it's "hot", but it was maximum 18 degrees. He says that he's going to come back, but never returns. I go downstairs again to check what is happening. The first receptionist sends me up to the first floor to his colleague, who says that his working hours are finished. They later find another heater which works but is covered in dust and dirt. In a few days i asked the cleaners to change my sheets. I am given a dirty look and I am told that it is only done once weekly. A week goes by. I ask the same cleaner to change my sheets, she angrily goes "no, no, no" and points her fingers at me. I go to reception and ask to change the sheets for me. Then the receptionist calls her up and asks to do it.

Strong position. Place du Clichy (200 mt distance) have link with M2 and M13 ROOMS TOO NARROW (FOR 250 EUROS A NIGHT WITHOUT BREAKFAST) AND WITHOUT SERVICES (FRIGO BAR)

Clean and comfortable room. Air con and o outside noise. A little more room but it was ok for Paris.

The hotel is really well located right beside Place de Clichy metro station. The area has a lot of places to eat and drink, as well as pharmacies and a supermarché just a couple of minutes’ walk away for snacks and water. There is a lovely little Thai food place 2 doors down the street. The room was clean and well-kept and the air conditioning was a very welcome feature in June! The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was small but it really didn’t matter to us as we spent most of our time out in the city.

The location was perfect. Just 2 minutes walk to metro station and 5 minutes walk to moulin rouge. Also, a walking distance to Sacre coeur. If you have dust allergy, it will be a nightmare for you as I found the vents and top of standing cupboards very dusty. Sleeping at night was very difficult for me.

The location was so good! Everything was near. The morning receptionist was so friendly and helpful. It was clean, the most important. Thank you for the good experience! We know that the rooms are tiny in general and this was also, but nice. There was no mini fridge, that would help especially in summer.
