Hotel Pilime

The hotel fully met my expectations. I only stayed for one night, and for just a few hours [around eight in total] but the single room had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable, and although the room was small, it was more than adequate for a solo traveller staying for one, two, or three nights. I slept very well. The hotel was very quiet, and the blackout curtains created a pleasantly dark room, even on a sunny morning. The location is excellent, with good access to public transport, and the city centre is also easy to reach on foot. I walked for around 30 minutes to reach the Musée d'Orsay, and it was a very pleasant walk. Finally, the staff were very friendly, the room was spotlessly clean, and the coffee offered at reception was also very good. I honestly could not find any negatives during my stay, although I was only there for around eight hours. If I return to Paris, I would not hesitate to book this hotel again.

There was a bed, shower that had hot water and functioning AC. Dated and older than photos. The walls are paper thin so we could hear the neighbouring room blow drying their hair, laughing and sounds from the hallway. The staff were disinterested and passive. The area is not that great and we would not stay in this area or at this hotel again. When we left do the airport at 6am there were loud, drunk groups of people yelling on the street of the hotel. The bed and pillow is not particularly comfortable either.

Cheap Not sound proofed. You can hear people walking above your head. View was advertise as “view of paris” and the window opened on the horrible courtyard that is the outside of a restaurant.

For the price it’s perfect. I had a single room which was small, but all I needed. It was clean and well designed. Not too noisy, great air conditioning, and all the staff were really lovely. The location is handy- bus stops and a metro station nearby, and a carrefour on the same street for any snacks you might want. The lift looked terrifying but worked just fine. Nothing. For the price and location I have no complaints.

We had an excellent stay! The hotel was spotless, our room was cleaned every day, towels were changed daily, and everything smelled fresh and pleasant. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. What truly made our stay special was the staff. Everyone we met was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the metro and close to many of Paris’s famous attractions (Galeries Lafayette, the Moulin Rouge, Montmartre… etc) We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely stay here again whenever we visit Paris. Highly recommended!
