Tinah - Champs Elysées

There weren’t many positives. There was no AC. AC was broken for 3 nights and there was no compensation provided for that. The closet is tiny and connected to the AC, the room is much smaller in real life than in pictures. Not comfortable sleep. Next to the Israeli embassy that is policed by soldiers carrying AK47s—it’s unnerving. Wouldn’t recommend… you also don’t get privacy as soon as you open the window the soldier or people walking can see you. TV doesn’t work properly it’s super old and shit.

The hotel's location is excellent, just a few steps from the Champs-Élysées and within easy walking distance of many of Paris's main attractions. Room size was good compared to the average hotel room in Paris. The AC in the room was great especially during the heat wave ongoing in Paris. Staff were friendly and responsive. The only downside was that the Israeli Embassy is located next to the hotel, resulting in a heavy security presence. While the police officers were always polite, we were routinely asked where we were going each time we entered or exited the hotel, which became somewhat inconvenient during our stay. Even upon arrival, we were not permitted to stop in front of the hotel to unload our luggage due to the security measures. The hotel uses a self check-in system. Upon arrival, one of the access codes wasn't working, delaying our check-in by about 5–10 minutes, and another family experienced the same issue. Although we couldn't reach the management by phone, they responded instantly through the Booking.com messaging system and resolved the problem within minutes. The hotel offers luggage storage after check-out, and while the staff were very responsive and helpful, having to use a separate location instead of the hotel itself was somewhat inconvenient. The room was only provided with two large bath towels, with no hand towels or bath mat, which would have been a useful addition. Considering the limited facilities and amenities provided, the room rate felt relatively high compared to other hotels in the area offering similar rates and better overall value.

Comfortable bed and clean bathroom First, this “hotel” was difficult to find. We were expecting a hotel. But there was absolutely no signage over the door. There was a very small sign that was underneath the access code box on the wall near the door. We did receive a link to general information from the hotel via email. But the link was deactivated when we tried to access it. We were able to get into the front door without the code. But there was no signage as to what floor the hotel was on inside the building. We had absolutely no idea how to get into the hotel. We had to call the customer service line and get verbal instructions, which were extremely confusing. Once we got into the hotel, we were unable to open our room with the code for the room. The customer service representative suggested that we get the room key, but the room key was impossible to find. She finally sent me a series of photos on how to access the codes and key. That was probably what was included in the link that I couldn’t open. On the plus side, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, there was an intermittent vibration noise that sounded through the night and disturbed our sleep. Also, the air conditioning automatically shuts off and the room became very warm overnight. We were extremely disappointed that this property is not really a hotel. It’s a glorified Airbnb with no service, no front desk, no water, no coffee — very bare bones. We specifically booked this property because it’s walking distance from a museum we planned to visit. Sadly, because there was no where to store our luggage after check out, we had to spend another 50 euros for a storage service. They later communicated that they could have arranged storage if we would have notified them in advance :-( The price for our stay was very high for what we got. We will never stay here again.

Only location nothing else Booking

The place has an excellent location and it was very clean. House keeping was performed on daily basis. It is not something major but there should be water provided in the rooms.

Beautiful rooms I liked it all

There was supposed to be breakfast when we booked, but just before our stay we were informed that because of a change of management there would no longer be breakfast. Taking away the breakfast that was supposed to be part of the booking price.

Modern concept of hotel, clean and cosy enough room. I was contacted in advance with all instructions. Good location, complimentary breakfast, maid is very hospitable. I asked a lot of people before find the location, no big signboard outside, There wasn’t response on instructions how to get to hotel. Room was cold, can’t adjust a/c. Hot water finished at middle of the process. Restaurant on the first floor makes a lot of noise, first when I saw earplugs next to bed I was really surprised, but when music came from downstairs it became clear why earplugs were there.

Very clean. Great location. It was a bit hard to find but as others have stated it’s literally next to back entrance of Israeli embassy complete with armed guard. Breakfast was outstanding and staff was very helpful and kind. Bedding was good. Towels were huge. Bathroom was somewhat small but overhead shower was wonderful.

Lovely feel to the place and friendly governess, that let me check in early. Shower was lovely and bed was so comfortable and peaceful at night. Only down side was you can hear other guests a little and I was worried they could hear me. Small room but not bad for a short stay

Spacious and clean room

To start there is no front desk o someone that could help you.This is an apartment in a building and you will stay at a room. The breakfast is too poor. You cannot repeat or re fill bread because they count the quantity for the rest of the guests. They have only a jam, Nutella , honey and cheeses . The cleaning lady it’s lovely.
