Hotel Elysée Secret

Excellent location, cordial and professional staff, well-appointed room with rooftop balcony - very charming! If your itinerary is on the right bank, you have everything you want including convenient parking and transit options. Bathtub drain and carpet a little funky which is a tiny observation for such an overall pleasant experience

Good price and location

The only small downside was that the windows faced another wall, so there was no view. But everything else was great. Also a lovely touch that the hotel left a handwritten note wishing us a great stay. Nothing

The receptionist Philippe was engaging and provided good service. I like the property location. I like the price point. I like the free drinks in the mini fridge. I like the provided toiletries. The AC unit worked really well. Good WiFi service, I was able to connect to work with no issues. Doors were slammed by other occupants of the hotel (random). There was only one TV remote for 2 TVs, and the remote wasn't functioning for the bottom TV. I wish there was some kind of light, breakfast items or snacks provided at no charge.

Location is amazing walking distance to place de la concorde, champs élysée. Restos and boulangeries around. Staff was super helpful, everything worked in the room, rooms are tiny but it was described before. Room suppose to be with a window but there was milk glass without any view(maybe for the better). On the first floor you can hear staff door shutting and moving which could make a shallow sleeper unsettled. Shower was molded a bit.

Staff members were friendly and helpful. Had a "how can we make that happen" attitude! Our bed was super comfortable and the room was very clean.

Its location was a block off of the Champs elysee, by a metro stop and several terrific restaurants

We had a lovely time at this property, the bed was very comfortable, the room was clean, the shower was nice with good water pressure and hot water. Plus the location was perfect in the city.

We waited almost an hour to check in - - no staff was present at the hotel upon arrival - - room was very small - - we couldn't hardly open our luggage - A/C not working blinds didn't keep out exterior lighting - very noisy overnight

Location Small rooms. Very small elevator barely fit my luggage

It was very hot on the first night and we couldn't figure out how the A/C worked. This wasn't an issue on subsequent nights since it was much colder. Thus we didn't mention this to the staff, but if we did I'm sure they would have been able to help us.

Location very clean quiet and quiet excellent staff . Extremely comfortable beds. Would definitely recommend and stay here again. Personal service and kind, helpful staff:) Wish I had booked the suite for a slightly larger room, but I did know this going in. Rooms in Paris are typically smaller compared to US hotels.
