I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! Everything was very nice, clean, and comfortable, and I had a great experience overall. A special thank you to the three amazing staff members, Mahmoud, Jairo, and Elua. They were hardworking, very helpful, and always kind and welcoming. They truly made my stay even better. The location was great just few steps to champs Elysia street.The staff was so friendly and helpful The air conditioning was bad but they provided extra fan .The house keeping don’t vacuum the floor it got dirty.The rooms are too small

I liked that, in addition to the exceptional location, this was a traditional hotel, with a proper reception and actual humans (polite and trained in the art of hosting) who welcomed me and helped me check in. I liked that we had proper service, every day, without having to ask. I liked that we had a coffee maker and a kettle. I liked that the hotel was comfortable, that there was a gym and a nice food area. All this should go without saying but in a world where hosts are cutting all that made a stay enjoyable, I think we need to give thumbs up to the NH collection for maintaining all the usual services. The room was small but that is how it goes in Paris.

The room we had was super spacious. The staff were so attentive and would honestly do anything for you to help. We loved the location a lot - close to several stations which was a bonus. The room we had was a little noisy and we could hear lots going on outside in the evening while trying to sleep but it didn’t impact us enough to not love our stay there. But if you’re a light sleeper it may.
