Walls are paper thin, can hear all the movements from the other rooms

The location was fantastic, and the staff were friendly, professional, and helpful. The room was small, and the hallway sometimes had a strong odor.

Absolutely amazing location! It’s 1 store back from the Champs Elysees, so you have all the convenience of the location, without the foot traffic under your window. The metro stop is a 1 minute walk from the front door of the hotel, and directly across from the front door was a small grocery store for necessities, and a fantastic coffee shop. The hotel felt recently renovated, and was clean & comfortable. Our room had a Nespresso machine, which is always appreciated, and the shower (4th floor) had robust water pressure! Most importantly we arrived during a major heat wave, and the Air Conditioning was fully up to the challenge! Our room had its own digital thermostat that we could set to what we wanted, and we stayed nice & cool. The front desk also has complementary bottles of water, just ask before you head out to walk the town :). Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences we have had in Paris, and was a great value as well.

Very friendly and helpful staff. One front desk lady in particular was there every day of my stay and always willing to help. The hotel is very centrally located. They offer umbrellas when it is raining and two complementary bottles of water a day. Also, we were able to check in super early, which was an unexpected and welcome surprise. There are so many restaurants and shops nearby. Given its location in the heart of everything, it’s quite loud on the weekends, both from the street and other guests coming back late into the night. But this comes with staying in a popular area.

The location is perfect. The breakfast is very good. I stayed only one night. The staff were very friendly. The room is small and it doesn’t fit many luggage. It was ok for only one night. I wouldn’t recommend it for a long period.

Close to main attraction. Breakfast was delicious. The bars and restaurants off the street was loud all night long.
-
The bed was small and the isolation of the window wasn’t good enough.

Clean neat good looking room. Central and convenient location The location is really close to one of the busiest roads in Paris. Some nights it was so loud until 2-3 am. Like some comedy you could hear honking and arguing after one another. If I hade a room not facing the road this would have been totally fine and the stay would have been 10/10

Location Exceptional and they have the most friendly staff. Small rooms and therefore small place to open luggage if you have more than one . Room Door locks to be fixed , not easy to open even with the card .

The first thing that attracted me to this Hotel was the wonderful staff , young and pleasant lady called Annais!!! She explained everything with patience and smile and made sure all of our needs were taken care of. Location cannot get any better. Comfortable rooms and bathrooms. No Netflix and No Chrom cast in the rooms.

Everything a little noisy outside but nothing can be done about that
-
Excellent location, helpful, kind staff… The ceiling height of the room was very low.

Hotel Cleaness At the time of Booking it was indicated all taxes and charges were included. Hotel charges ne additional taxes. Also breakfast was not included although the booking indicated that.

We had such a lovely stay. The staff were all very helpful and friendly from helping with luggage, heating baby bottles, advice on restaurants. They could not be more attentive and we really appreciated their hospitality. The hotel is superbly located, lovely coffee and croissant place opposite and a supermarket 2 mins walk. The shopping area is superb and the Eiffel Tower a 20 mins walk. We would definitely stay here again, it is very clean and modern and I want to say Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable. Rooms a little snug but that’s quite normal for Paris

• Despite this, at check-out the reception staff falsely claimed that I had breakfast and tried to charge me for it. • My cash deposit was also not refunded voluntarily; it was given back only after my explicit insistence.
