Staff at reception very helpful Close to metro station Windows were great which allowed light and fresh air in Steep stairs, fans did not work properly, no safe or lockers. Fridge didn't work, bathroom door did not close or lock. Alley outside didn't feel safe.

We booked this hotel last minute as our previous booking got unexpectedly cancelled so I didn't have big expectations but our stay was great! The location was great, walking distance from Gare du Nord. It took us max half an hour to get to all places we had on our 'must see' list and to the Stade De France to attend the concert which was our main focus when looking for the place. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend for a budget stay in the well connected area. N/A

Friendly staff, easy check in and a comfy bed. Breakfast was VERY basic, No privacy on ground floor because room was right on the street so couldn't open curtains or windows.

This hotel is in an amazing location with a lot of local life going on. In the evenings it comes alive and makes it perfect to hangout at a cafe or restaurant with friends. its is definetly not a touristic place yet busy with locals. very popular! We have made a very last minute booking for 3 people in one room. it was a manageable size and great staff with a smile on their face all the time. Paris is Paris, it is not the most silent location.That being said it has its own back ally charm.

The staff was very nice! The room was exactly what we were looking for to accommodate 3 without a bunk bed because it would have been hard for my mom to climb into. The heater could only be turned up so high or it made a noise, beds were a little hard, but soft pillows. Mold in the bathroom on ceiling. The shower wasn’t the best and water got everywhere. Outside of the mold overall appearance of the bathroom was nice. Mirror that lit up, one that magnified and came out close. Hairdryer available.

Very friendly and comfortable, and in a great location. My room was spacious, simple, and very clean - exactly what I needed. It faced the street, but it was not too noisy. The price for three nights was extremely reasonable for Paris. It's an interesting part of the city that is not too touristy, but is within walking distance (30 min) of the Louvre and Notre Dame. I was visiting a friend who lives nearby, so the hotel was perfect. All the staff were very welcoming. Not a dislike, but breakfast was a little simple on a tray. Perhaps some fruit?
